A cancellation form was sent to the inside account representative, per their request. However, I have been billed every month since then. I have called every time I have received a bill and have been told the account will be credited and closed. Yet, here again it is April 2026 and I have received another bill - now showing a past due amount. I have sent them a message stating that if their company is not capable of handling this over the phone, I will be more than happy to come to their office located on Antioch Church Rd in Piedmont, SC and discuss their inability to close an account after REPEATED requests.
