It was also loaded with lots of little kids... I've never seen so many at a haircut place especially on a random Friday. I guess it's the place to go for kids cuts. And lastly, the biggest disappointment, i got an email for a free MVP and when I went to use it the guy told me it didn't apply because I had actually gotten a cut of a lesser value. I got my haircut on Saturday 1/3 I was given a punch card from sports clips a few months ago and I forgot to have it clipped after my haircut. I went back on 1/4 walked in politely asked if I could get the card clipped. I explained the honest mistake. She was so combative after I asked for something so simple. She stated we have no recollection of you being here. We don't offer those cards anymore. I said well doesn't your system track when I come in and get my haircut? You know what number trim I use. She stated again I have no recollection of you being here. I said ok and I left. I would highly recommend going anywhere else for a haircut as this poor experience with a manager who represents this business could not be nice considerate or understanding. I will not do business with sports clips anymore.
