Hot towel shaves are ON POINT and while Vin is my barber, Pete the owner is a hell of a barber and it's easy to see his standards are shared and upheld by his staff. You walk in and you're greeted by vintage barbershop decor, which I dig a lot and no matter what they all stop to say hello and they're always quick to ask if you need a bottle of water or an espresso. I can say pretty confidently that you probably didn't get Fuji or espresso back in the 30's & '40s lol so I'd call it an old school feel with a modern spin. It was also loaded with lots of little kids... I've never seen so many at a haircut place especially on a random Friday. I guess it's the place to go for kids cuts. I went back on 1/4 walked in politely asked if I could get the card clipped. I explained the honest mistake. She was so combative after I asked for something so simple. She stated we have no recollection of you being here. We don't offer those cards anymore. I said well doesn't your system track when I come in and get my haircut? You know what number trim I use. She stated again I have no recollection of you being here. I said ok and I left. I would highly recommend going anywhere else for a haircut as this poor experience with a manager who represents this business could not be nice considerate or understanding. I will not do business with sports clips anymore.
