We discussed what I was looking for and she made several suggestions as to what procedures we should do and what I could use at home to help my hair. I am so happy to report that all the areas of breakage have now grown back and my hair is the healthiest it's ever been. Kristen is a great stylist who takes her time to listen to your concerns and makes suggestions to help your situation. If someone comes in asking for help and does not listen to her suggestions and requests a treatment that may not be the best for your hair and you dont listen to her recommendations, then it's not her fault if your hair did not turn out as expected. Aside from the colour disaster, I have very curly hair and was using a straightening iron to it daily at the highest temperature. This left my hair completely damaged. I left the salon with my colour corrected and a new anad healthy haircut. I have since moved to Boston but I will continue to go back to NJ just for Salome. I don't trust anyone working on my hair because most stylist do not know how to cut very curly hair. Although, Salome blows out my curls when she is done, I can deal with that. As soon as I wash it, the curls come right back. Salome is the best!

I had to wait almost 30 minutes even though I had an appointment. The stylist didn't really listen to what I wanted for my haircut. The result was uneven and not at all what I asked for! The tools didn't look very clean, which made me uncomfortable. When I mentioned my concerns, they didn't apologize properly. For the price they charge, I expected much better service.
