Guess what he was doing? Yep, talking on his cell phone. Many cars honked at him, and of course, he seems to need to honk back. Unfortunately, there were no police cars in the area to pull him over. If this the etiquette in how they conduct themselves on the road, I shudder at how they do their jobs.

Got a beautiful little calamondin orange tree here a few months ago for ~$85 and it's still alive…read moreand thriving!!
