So here's hoping to save another person from having the same problem as me please do not book with this company. I don't even know where to start but basically I started a project on yelp reaching out to cleaning services. I messed up and booked with the fastest responder (Grecia). She was super nice in the beginning. She quoted me higher than other places that quoted me but she came and did an in person walk through and specifically said my house is not that dirty and lowered her price (priced me at 240). Not to mention she didn't have to clean the whole house. Not the fridge or the oven or the pantry or another guest room (didn't want it cleaned). She started her service at 11:30 and finished at exactly 3. I left her in my home without my supervision because she was so nice and I trusted her to do her job. When she messaged me she was done I sent her money right away. Before I came home I texted her that I would inspect the house and once I got home I told her it was still dirty and she accused us of dirtying the house hours after she finished cleaning. (She left at 3 and we came home at like 7) BTW I booked for a DEEP CLEANING. My house wasn't that dirty (words that came from her mouth) but I wanted all the corners and windows and dusk to be cleaned. I sent her pictures right away saying we are not satisfied with the service and she agreed to come back but to only clean pictures of what I sent her like almost a week later. Next day I kept finding more and more missing spots and sending more pictures I was afraid that if she left thinking she did a job well done that when she came back, it still wouldn't be up to par. I texted her and apologize but we would like a refund instead. She refused and said she clean my house for 5 HOURS. She came at 11:30 and left at 3. But she "cleaned" for 5 hours. I even offered to tip (pay her for her time) cause I do think she should be compensated for working. She said no and that if she refunded me money then she's gonna charge me 180 for a regular cleaning. If you look at my pictures I don't even think that a regular cleaning would've justified the work given. She complained that I didn't pay enough that's why I received the quality that was given. When she priced it herself. She admitted to not doing a fully good job because she didn't think it was worth her time. I told her she didn't have to take the job if she thought it was "cheap". I did not beg for her to lower her price. I just wanted the soonest person available and now I have to deal with the headache of filing a complaint through yelp to hopefully get my money back. If I could add more pictures I would add pictures of time stamps and text messages. She started threatening me cause I said please let's resolve this peacefully I don't want to leave a bad review. She flipped her shit and said her business does not relay on yelp. I mean obviously but if I can save someone else from making the same mistake then there you go.

I think overall, the cleanings were mostly good, but it felt like there was always something and at some level I didn't really trust the owner Emma. The first time my apartment was cleaned, a lady showed up with what appeared to be two children who should have been in school. I didn't think much of it at first, but it later became apparent to me that the lady cleaning always brought at least one child with her. None of the children spoke English and the situation made me a little uncomfortable. At some point it came up in conversation and Emma insisted to me that this child was actually an employee and was there to clean my unit. She said she has a hard time finding a job because most employers do not believe she is 18, but that she was. Since she looked and acted like a child, this just strained credulity . . . When I first booked, I asked if she could just skip a large guest bathroom/bedroom and bill us for a two bedroom apartment instead of a three bedroom. I was told this was impossible because of her system and she had no choice but to charge me the higher rate. At some point it came up again that I was paying to have rooms cleaned that I didn't want cleaned and she told me if I paid her via Venmo rather than credit card she would continue cleaning all of the rooms, but at a lower price. I said this was fine, but then they stopped cleaning the extra rooms and told me this was what we agreed to. Fine, but it definitely wasn't what we agreed to. Finally, Emma told me rather abruptly that she could no longer clean my apartment. There was a story that involved someone hurting their back, someone else going to Mexico, and Emma being allergic to cats. It didn't really feel that believable and I can think of other reasons why she would do this, but in the end it felt like an 'ok' resolution since at some level I didn't trust her anymore because of all the stories she told me.
