In addition, there is a strong, one-sided approach to vaccines that leaves little room for parental discussion or TRUE informed consent. Parents should not feel pressured or have their rights minimized when making medical decisions for their children. A pediatrician's office should be neutral, respectful, and focused on collaborative care--not political ideology or coercive medical practices. I would strongly encourage new parents and/or current "clients" to go elsewhere.

We were scared about moving over after months of being with the previous provider but decided to make the switch (after a hefty $$$ fee that we had to pay to get the medical documents over -- which is another reason why we left). We are so glad we did. The check in process is very smooth, wait times are less than 15 minutes, well child waiting rooms are clean + supplied with water/coffee/tea, the interior of the clinic is fresh and bright. Dr. Muller is thorough and to the point. We have only seen her once but felt very comfortable and trusted her care. She was out/booked out so we scheduled our well child check with the physician assistant, Amanda and it was not as smooth (she was friendly but did not introduce herself, when we asked specific questions about things such as his teeth-- she had to go back into his mouth to look again, which was a bit surprising that she had not noticed/been thorough the first time she looked). We are overall very pleased with the staff, the location and ease with everything!

We have never had a problem calling and getting an appointment for same day sick visits. And while we don't always get Dr. Bleekrode on the sick visits we have not had any problems with her staff and with more severe problems like the respiratory one she did stop in to check on it as well. We came across this practice when we got kicked out of our last practice for not wanting to follow the strict immunization schedule instead we wanted to do all the shots but in a delayed approach which Dr. Bleekrode worked with us for that. He is full of medical facts and knowledge but is also silly enough to make the kids feel at ease. Since I have a daughter, she seems to enjoy having a female check her out and Dr Hlobik has also been amazing - understanding and compassionate. They are very responsive and kind to frazzled first time parents. The nurses and staff have also been great. They remember my daughter and joke around with her. It is a welcoming and pleasant experience, even in bad circumstances.

I called to make an appt. for my kids ( new patients/ PPO insurance ) and they told me I have to fill out all the paper work and returned to them. So I did it!. I went there personally one month after, and the front desk "deny" to make an appt. because I need to transfer the records of my kids to their office. I explained that Im making the first appt.( well visit ) because I would love to meet the Dr. first, and It would take another 3 weeks to get the records of the kids so it would delay the visit....She did not care at all! This person even told me that the wife of the Dr. would call me/ She was out of the country... It never happend! Don't loose your time. There are better offices and Dr's in this area! Being new to the area, we found this office a couple of months ago and have now visiting a few…read moretimes. Our daughter started school recently and naturally gets sick more often. This office has a very strange vibe to it. They are not friendly and warm at all. Something a pediatrician office should be at all times especially with kids. The ONLY reason we continued to go to this office is because they have availability and it is close by. However after recent experiences we will never return. The office is always empty while other peds offices are not even accepting new patients. This should have been warning enough. Previously my daughter was misdiagnosed according to another physician who we took her to the same day who claimed this office should have never let us leave if they claimed her diagnosis was fatal. Another recent visit, they seemed annoyed by us being there. We called and got a same day appointment and not once smile out of Dr. C - very stern and zero warmth. The front desk is not much better. Fake smile at best, zero genuiness. They charge $100 upfront and then bill you 2 weeks later for co-pay. When things keep appearing without explanation, I have to take time out of my very busy schedule to chase down what a co-pay is about and for what date of service. No clarity ever. All in all, I am so extremely disappointed in the way we were treated. I take my nanny in with me for help and they are extremely rude to her and do not acknowledge her presence. We will never endorse this behavior and hope no one else has to face the unkind experiences we have had.

We just were able to get an appointment yesterday for an ear piercing for my three month old…read moredaughter. The Nurse who did the piercing was personable, professional, and took her time to ensure we where comfortable. I am so pleased with the job she did. The office is so cute and clean too! Apparently all the rooms have different country themes. We were in the African room. Lastly, I do wanna point out that they do use medical plastic instead of metal earrings. This is the same material they use for a medical heart stent. This is to ensure there is no bad reaction to the earrings. I like that. They are also still cute!
