Kelly was patient with my questions when I called to get information. She made me feel at ease that I would be able to get the supplies I needed the same day. Kelly gave excellent directions and there is more than adequate parking. When I arrive Kelly greeted me and showed me the items that she recommended. Kelly was very knowledgeable and just friendly, warm, and caring. I was able to get the items I needed. I was impressed with the variety of items in the store and I even found other items that I could use to help me manage my health. The prices were reasonable and Kelly encouraged me to call or come back if I had any questions or concerns. As a bonus, Kelly recommended some wonderful spots for dinner and places to hang out while visiting. Every place she recommended was on point! Soon we realized the seat wasn't functioning properly. Roy at first said his son makes all computer adjustments. Then, he just stopped taking our calls. The truck air bag light was on continuously and finally the seat drained the truck battery. We had no idea, it was the seat and bought a new battery. Three months later the truck battery was dead again. Ford replaced the battery. We took the truck to SuperiorMobility. They said the airbag would never have worked the way it was wired. They got under the seat and said the wires were all over the place. They called the seat manufacturer. Now we have to pay again for a complete rewire. I wouldn't recommend anyone use R&M Mobility. Michelle Creel stated that she will need to send a request to my Dr. for notes explaining why I needed the chair. I thought that was absurd. She said by FL law they needed that info. I called today to see about my chair and was told she didn't receive any notes from my Dr., I then called my Dr's office and was told they didn't receive any requests from Grace Healthcare and they didn't understand why they needed notes when they never needed them before. To make a long story short, my Dr's office faxed an order request to another medical supply company and from this moment on Grace Healthcare services will no longer be needed by the largest Orthopedics Group in Pensacola.
