For years I was thrown under the bus by another local practice and Dr. Badwei was extremely thorough and I honestly didn't even feel the Novocaine shots, and I'm terrified of that most! I was very impressed with all of the Certificates of Degrees in the dentistry and sedation practice, he is a very highly educated and you can tell by how thorough and meticulously he worked on my teeth! I do not recommend this dental office. I initially requested a copy of my X-rays so I could have my…read moreprevious dentist review and explain their findings. My former dentist is out of network and not covered by my insurance, so I was simply seeking a second opinion. After making that request, I was told not to return, which was very disappointing. I was also told I needed around 10 fillings and that there were multiple significant issues with my teeth. Given how unexpected this diagnosis was, I wanted it independently reviewed. The front office staff member, Liz, was also rude and spoke to me in a condescending manner. That said, the rest of the staff I interacted with were kind and professional. I take my dental care seriously and go every six months, so it's important to me to work with a provider who is open to questions and supportive of patients seeking clarification or a second opinion. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
