Was sent home from Hospial with oxygen and Roth Medical set it all up for me. Didn't get home til 7:00 pm and was told to call to get me set up at home. Roth Medical Saved the Day!!! On a visit to Pueblo to see my daughter, a part on my CPAP machine broke. After much frustration with a different medical CPAP supplier, I lucked into calling Roth Medical. Joeseph Warren took my call and after making sure of what I needed, encouraged me to stop at their business. I stopped at their office and after a few minutes he returned to the office with the replacement part. While I was waiting the office staff were welcoming and pleasant. I needed O2 while recovering from surgery. The hospital contacted Roth Medical who then called me and arranged to have the equipment dropped off. The person who dropped off my equipment was punctual and polite, great experience. Getting them to come pick up their equipment however has been a nightmare. I've been trying to get them to retreive their stuff for three weeks. They tell me when a driver will be at my apartment and then nothing. Last week the driver left a notice on my door letting me know he was there but I was sitting three feet from the door and he didn't knock. If he had I would have heard it. I'm pretty sure I even heard him putting the notice on my door. I don't know why he wouldn't knock, it makes no sense, I don't believe there would be any reason to lie about it but I would have heard it if he had. Today was the same thing, I'm waiting up for him (don't know if it was the same guy or not) and and hour and a half after he was supposed to show up I called him. He said he had already been by but I explained I would have heard him. There was no notice on my door this time either so I'm thinking maybe it's a different driver that went to the wrong door. Either way, I have explained multiple times that I work nights and I'm missing hours of sleep waiting for these guys and now I'm going to bed 2 hours late and I have to get up an hour early to get this stuff out of my house. Absolutely unacceptable. read more

Billing is crooked. When my physician called and told Roth to end services and go to my house and pick up their equipment, they didn't for two months, even with reminder phone calls. In the meantime, Roth kept billing my insurance company (huge) and me as well. I contacted Roth and their billing company and reminded them of the termination order, as well did my Dr. Not luck. I had a total knee replacement surgery done on Wednesday I was set to be discharged on Friday, the hospital sent my orders in for a walker as I would need one for a while. My wife called they claimed they were still waiting for the orders and would call us back. It is now a week and a half later and guess who never contacted us. Lucky for us my son just picked me one up from the thrift store. This isn't the first time they've failed me. read more

After being supplied with a CPAP machine and supplies by Roth I've had commutation problems and now I'm finding out that my CPAP bought through Roth which they have the information on my CPAP, did not notify me of the Philips CPAP recall. I do not recommend them till their customer service improves. read more

I was prescribed oxygen by my sleep center doctor over two months ago. I went to my appointment last month without it being delivered yet, so was a waste of time and money. The center called them and they came up with a song and dance about me not answering my phone. I have caller ID, an answering service, and am disabled and elderly, so home about 80 percent of the time. I am always by my phone and even sleep next to it and have no hearing difficulties. So, they made an appointment for delivery. I had to go to another appointment, so called and left a message. They left a card on the door that they tried to deliver it anyway. I tried to get a hold of them and they would not answer their phone, so presumed they would call me back! I waited another month and no call. I called them and they told me that they were already billing me for it. I assured them that I hadn't even got it, so they delivered it that day (three days ago). Now I get a bill of $410 when I have a 0 copay as have United Healthcare and Medicaid Dual Insurance. I called and got the Philippines, that told me they did not know about anything, would not transfer me to anybody. I called UCH and they are giving me the runaround too! Roth can come take their crap back, and I will change my Medicare provider. I never took the unit apart or used it at all yet, as I have heard I would have problems with them. I am shocked about UHC though! read more

I had been using a company for CPAP supplies that was located in California. I decided to switch to Roth, the local company, because it was recommended by The Sleep Center. All of my interactions with this company for 2 months have been terrific. I have no complaints, I gave them 4 stars because I am new to them. During COVID, they have responded immediately to calls and ordered the CPAP machine I wanted. The staff has all been kind and efficient. I am pleased with this company. read more

Stay away. These people are apparently incompetent and don't know how to fulfill orders. They've had a piece of equipment for days, didn't call and when I called kept telling me that it wasn't in. read more
