They are not interested in what's best for their clients only how they can make more money. If separation is less than 12 months, the employee loses 100% of their accrued vacation. This is a fact, completely independent of the employee's dependability and work record. 2x daily breaks are promised but never allowed. "Mandatory" 30 lunch breaks become "work while you eat" breaks during 90% or more of each person's schedule. These occurrences are seldom compensated, thus the employee effectively donates 5 hours of labor, every week. There are many options in the Durable Medical Equipment industry, use a company other than Allcare Inc.
