(Multiple surgeries and physical therapy). The communication from this firm is horrible. The paralegal was so unprofessional and kept making statements about how much the medical bills were accumulating. We would always feel anxious and bothered after meeting with them. The paralegal kept calling us the wrong names. I didn't feel like they were representing our best interests at all. On the contrary, they made us feel like an inconvenience. Every time we met with them, there was another excuse why such and such wasn't happening and why things were taking so long. It got to the point where we just wanted it to end and would settle for any little amount they were willing to get. Overall, I would not recommend them.
