Of course, they got their money from the settlement, but it was a horrible experience. First of all, awfulbetween 3 lawyers. They also kept changing the expectations. The counsel they gave to my family led to over a million dollars in medical bills (not exaggerating). The settlement amounts kept dropping because of bills they didn't help us understand, and at the end of it all, the settlement did very little to compensate for the horrible impact this accident had on my family. (Multiple surgeries and physical therapy). The communication from this firm is horrible. The paralegal was so unprofessional and kept making statements about how much the medical bills were accumulating. We would always feel anxious and bothered after meeting with them. The paralegal kept calling us the wrong names. I didn't feel like they were representing our best interests at all. On the contrary, they made us feel like an inconvenience. Every time we met with them, there was another excuse why such and such wasn't happening and why things were taking so long. It got to the point where we just wanted it to end and would settle for any little amount they were willing to get. Overall, I would not recommend them. This law firm has to do a better job of making its clients feel like they're in good hands.

First, a simple divorce with NO assets other then a home…read morewhich we agreed to split has cost me almost $40k and has taken 2 years and I had been told by my lawyer from the firm that if I don't make more payments that they will put in a third string lawyer (I had already paid them almost 30k so far)......my ex has spent 1/3 that amount and that lawyer ordering my lawyer around like a puppy.....I am doing 90% of the work. Do yourself a favor and find a lawyer that actually cares....trust me they will act like they care before you sign, but the billing is all they care about. While still in the…read morehospital after several surgeries, I was informed that the other driver had minimal insurance coverage. I had under insured motorist coverage up to $250k. When I contacted Levinson Axelrod I explained to them that I would not need a lawyer to prove my injuries and lost wages would far exceed that amount and they agreed and told me they would do everything they could and go after him personally since he and his wife just inherited a small fortune. Within a month or so all my liar did was try to convince me to take the settlement of my under insured policy. I declined for about 3 years until I finally caved in, do to loosing the home I built from the ground up and wasn't able to work in the business and trade that I started working in since 1978. All Levinson Axelrod did was miss lead me and take $83,333.3333 for probably doing about a weeks worth of work making a few phone calls and a few pages of paper work. THANKS FOR NOTHING. They should pay the money back for miss leading me write from the begining
