I was in pain, I spent $30 in an Uber to just be told I would be charged for a no show which is $50 and I was certainly there. This was the very first time I was treated so rude in that office. I've always had a positive experience. I called to schedule another appointment after surviving an illness and I was told my appointment would not save and that someone would give me a call back. Now I have a son that used to go there and got treated for cancer who had a horrifying experience. He was kicked out of the hospital with the IV and catherer on him. He was discriminated on. Up to this day, he doesn't know why they did it. I know his girlfriend was there that day and they were having a loud conversation, nurses and security guard got into their business and wrongfully kicked him out knowing he was on strong medication and couldn't come out of there. They also used him as a guinea pig feeding him with hopes that he was gonna get better and he never did. The last thing that happened was they ignored a back pain he was having they kept telling him it was all in his head. Four months later, his spine broke because they did not take the proper care to look into the pain he was having. Finally I called 911 one day I went to his house because his girlfriend abandoned confined to a bed with his four children. He was taken to Jean's hospital and did all type of test and finally found out he had a cancerous tumors on his spine and from there he kept going down the hill until he pass away. The end of the story was sad.

I'm 28, so treatment is basically exercise (PT), and anti-inflammatory meds. I called requesting anti-inflammatory meds (first time since being diagnosed), before traveling when my joints exhibited the same symptoms that resulted in my original diagnosis. Dr. Keller said it was illegal to prescribe me the medication without seeing me again. Note, I offered to schedule an appointment for post my trip, and I was requesting anti-inflammatory meds, not opiods/narcotics. His office continued to refuse. Unacceptable treatment of a patient, which seems more geared towards earning an extra buck, and liability aversions, rather than honoring the hippocratic oath. Instead, I'm going to an urgent care to get the help I should be receiving from Dr. Keller.

Neil took time to explain things, made sure I was comfortable, and he even accommodated my germiphobia! He will stop me, however, when I go too far with it! Lol! I was able to get an initial appoint right away. They even have transportation if you have no one to bring you for therapy, and the drivers are very friendly as well. They also work with you if you need to change your appointment to be sure you get your therapy in as ordered by your doctor. I have made incredible progress coming here and would highly recommend ATI for physical therapy.

I contacted the office three times and got absolutely nowhere with getting them to escalate this issue of getting a pre-authorization. I was in a lot of pain and I really needed to get this done. And I explain to them the reason I was going to a secondary Dr was because I wasn't getting a lot of progress getting into see someone at Rothman. if you want timely follow up care by the office personnel such as preauths and returning phone calls, I would avoid this office completely.

Dr. Cairone was extremely professional, listened to my concerns, symptoms, etc. He carefully explained the procedures, risks, etc. to me in terms I could understand. He spent time with me during each visit, and I felt that he was genuinely concerned about my well being. He followed up the day after each procedure to check in on my status, pain level, etc. I never felt rushed or brushed off when asking questions, voicing how I was feeling, etc. Scheduling an appointment was always extremely easy, the staff is all really personable, professional and helpful. I had a few months of PT with Stefanie Morgan at the Langhorne office. Again, the staff was always professional, genuinely concerned for my well-being, easy to talk to, as well as easy to make appointments, that were conducive to my work schedule. Stefanie was more than capable, always checking on my pain level, progress, etc. Listened to my issues, gave suggestions on adjustments, therapies, etc. that addressed my condition and very quickly got me back to my normal activity levels. Prior to surgery, I was walking with a cane. Post surgery, I was walking unassisted, but with moderate pain. Post therapy I am pain free, able to live my life as normal, work, walk, run, etc. Dr. Cairone and Stefanie Morgan gave me my life back. I will always go to Dr. Cairone and the MBO team for any orthopedic related issue I ever experience. I trust him and the team completely.
