Our grandchildren had previously had an annual membership and we assumed that they were still members and just checked them in with our family. My daughter and I were in the SHOWER ROOM trying to get ready to go into the pool when one of their employees, Ms.Naperella, walked through in her shoes which is not allowed, and asked me about a couple of the names I had written down on the sheet. I told her that they were with our party in the pool. We were harassed by her two more times while we were there and she never stated once what her problem was. All she would have had to say was that the 2 grandchildren that we had with us were not members anymore and we had to pay for them but instead she insisted on harassing us the whole time we were there. I wrote a letter to the pool manager and never received an apology from them. So I am assuming that they would rather loose members who have been with them for 30 years than apologize for the conduct of an employee who was not intelligent enough to simply tell us what the problem was. We could have paid the $10 for the grandkids and the whole thing would have been resolved but now they have lost two family memberships for years to come. Not a good business decision at all. Would not recommend belonging to this association unless you like being harassed by their employees when you are simply trying to have a relaxing evening.

All we wanted to do was have a pool day with our kids and this place doesn't allow life jackets for some reason, which is a huge safety issue. Our kids are still learning to swim and still need life jackets. Cause they couldn't have life jackets they couldn't use the water slide or the diving board. The no life jacket rule introduces many safety issues. They should make the no life jacket rule obvious, instead we were told when we got there. We have a family of 3, my wife and I love playing with our children in the pool. We have a 1, 5 and 6 year old. Not even the 1 year old was allowed to have a life jacket. Anyone with kids knows that you can look away for one second and a kid can take off in another direction. It can take one second for an over confident kid to jump into the deep end or a 2 year old to sprint over the edge. If you're looking to have a fun day at a pool, look elsewhere.
