Their plumber who has been assigned to us saved us many times from headaches, particularly with a tricky dishwasher installation. However, that experience was tainted quite badly as of late. We reached out for an estimate on replacing a toilet (customer-supplied) and replacing a toilet valve at the same time. We were quoted almost $700, close to double what we've been charged for similar work in the past. I understand that small jobs carry a high price to the business compared to more lucrative jobs, but we really thought given our past experience we would be quoted a reasonable price. In the process, it was also explained that there had been service call fees charged to us when they were never listed on our invoices for past service. This was broken out more fully for us on this quote. It's painful to me because I really thought we had found our company. Unfortunately, with these prices, we need to look for a new plumbing company now. I give them full credit for their past work, but their apparent new pricing prices us out of service.

I bought my Ex Mark Zero turn mower from the canton store ( which is now closed ). Took it in for…read moreits first oil change. Started mowing my yard and the mower stopped running. Took it back to the store and they told me there was no oil in it and told me it's my fault. Went to the store in Akron and they said it was my fault for not checking the oil... I only had that mower In my new shed and new box trailer with no signs of an oil leak. they said I should check the oil in my car every a time before I drive it... so it was cheaper to buy a new engine than a new mower... and yes I checked the oil every time and never changed oil level. Now the engine is leaking oil and they said they have no record from the store I bought the mower. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Lesson learned!

Total rip off my family had these guys come out and they charged 2900 dollars to not even fix the…read moreissue. They where to come out and fix a clogged toilet which they then charged for random things that where never done. They said that their sub pump was bad in which they took and the sub pump was brand new. Asked for the pump back and they wouldn't return the pump back. Not even a week later the toilet had the same issue and this company wouldn't even stand behind their work and come check it out. This company is a total rip off avoid this company at all cost go somewhere else

Had a bad experience with this company. Toilet wasn't working so I scheduled them to come between 8…read moream and noon and they did not arrive until close to 1 pm. They then quoted us 750$ to use a camera and snake the main line. After not being able to get the camera or wire to work, they said they would take 250$ off the price, but I was still charged 700$ for nothing to be done. After charing me, they then send me the "quote" and invoice. The quote they sent us was for 1500$ and was to "replace the toilet and sink" which was never discussed. They then said to fix the problem they would have to take up the floor and it would be upwards of 7000$. They said they would send me a detailed quote/estimate for this project so we know exactly what needs done, and after emailing and texting/calling them for days I have gotten no response. Then we went downstairs (the bathroom is in the basement) and realized that they left a tarry substance that looked and smelled of feces all over our basement floor, bathroom floor, AND our washing machine. Do not use this company, they will do nothing and then scam you out of hundreds of dollars and leave your place worse off than when they came.
