Had a price in mind for the work I wanted done. However upon inspection, the wiring…read more.. unsurprisingly... was not completely safe in my house. We bought only a few years ago and have discovered similar instances around the house, not just with electrical. Anyway, it was easily explained to me the situation and a few clear decisions were explained as well by the technician from Cousino. The guy was professional, easy going, not trying to oversell anything, but coming at it from a "looking out for you" kind of manner. Unfortunately, my project just became a little less simple and I expected that to reflect in the price too. I'll say this, the job was done quickly, everything looks great, I feel confident in the work and safer knowing why he had to do what he did. The best part was the price was completely reasonable! When you get quality and peace of mind and still feel like it was a good deal... these are my guys going forward for electrical work.

This is an unfortunate review to have to write. We have in the past really enjoyed using Siferd…read more They do excellent work, so I certainly cannot fault them for that. Their plumber who has been assigned to us saved us many times from headaches, particularly with a tricky dishwasher installation. However, that experience was tainted quite badly as of late. We reached out for an estimate on replacing a toilet (customer-supplied) and replacing a toilet valve at the same time. We were quoted almost $700, close to double what we've been charged for similar work in the past. I understand that small jobs carry a high price to the business compared to more lucrative jobs, but we really thought given our past experience we would be quoted a reasonable price. In the process, it was also explained that there had been service call fees charged to us when they were never listed on our invoices for past service. This was broken out more fully for us on this quote. It's painful to me because I really thought we had found our company. Unfortunately, with these prices, we need to look for a new plumbing company now. I give them full credit for their past work, but their apparent new pricing prices us out of service.
