We called for delivery they said they don't deliver to our area. They are literally about 2 miles away! When we dined in they lost our order didn't make it. Didn't apologize when we asked or when we asked for our money back they did not care to fix their mistake! How do you loose an order! We called for pick up they tell us 15minutes we show up 20 minutes later they say another 10-15 minutes. There is literally no one here it's dead. The only reason I am giving the restaurant 3 stars is because the customer service was so good. I received a call from the restaurant to let me know there was a bit of a delay and that my order might arrive a few minutes later than the time promised online. The lady who delivered my pizza was also courteous. If I were rating based on food, though, I would give 1 or 2 stars. The pizza barely had any toppings. Round Table is not bad, it's just not my favorite. It is sort of on the pricy end of the spectrum as far as chain pizza goes. Their sauce has a pretty distinct flavor that can be a little too harsh. this particular location has an all right dining area the couple times I've been there, so it's not all bad. Round Table also offers a lot of salad kind of options so that is nice. If you like Round Table and you are in Upland, by all means come here. read more

I ordered my pizza online and asked for delivery. First of all they didn't tack on a delivery fee like some other pizza places. Because there was no delivery fee i was able to give the driver a larger tip. The pizza is not cheap but the ingredients were fresh.My pizza was delivered hot and delicious and just how i asked for it. The salad was amazing full of fresh veggies and all the toppings. My order was correct and on time. The driver was friendly and even thanked me for my detailed instructions on how to get to my apt. This location is by far the best round table ever! I love this place. The food is always served to perfection and the toppings on the pizza are the right amount. The salad bar is always stocked and looks fresh. I love that they have a self service soda machine and fresh brewed iced tea. I have never experienced rude staff. New staff.... Yes. And some of the new staff is young and can sometimes come off as a little frustrated, but hey we were all young once and had to learn a new job and it is frustrating, and the public can be rude, especially the hungry public. read more

They are always honest about how long it will take, and it's always ready when I show up. If they're not busy, though, it's only about 10 minutes, so I can call before I leave work, and the pizza is ready 10 minutes later when I get there. 2. Great Manager ALEX !!!. we had just won a baseball championship game, BOTH Red Devil and Shakey's declined to stay open late for us (in Upland) so we called Round table and the manager ALEX said YES, come down we will stay an extra hour for you so we did, service and specials we great. I went to this location for the first time ever trying roundtable pizza. We ordered and got our food noticed they gave us supreme instead of meat lovers. Not wanting to be annoying I checked the receipt and the manager had charged us the supreme and our hot wings. So we were like it's ok we will just pick out the veggies and eat it like that no biggie. So after maybe 20 minutes of eating a worker comes up and notices we got the wrong pizza. The manager then comes to our table and rudely tells us "why we got the wrong pizza that it was our fault and now he has angry customers". It was Not Our problem his team BROUGHT us the wrong pizza and on top of that he rung us up for a supreme and wings ... same order I'm guessing someone else ordered. If there ever was a time I wished I was somewhere else, this was the time! So my boyfriend and I decided to get a pizza instead of a burger. We walk in and I can see a few people already sitting in the booths and kids playing in the game room. We walk up to the menu and instead of having to look at that whole menu we decide to just get a medium pizza, half combination, half pepperoni. So I go up to the girl at the register and she's looking down at the register as I'm smiling at her waiting for her to take my order. She looks up and doesn't say one word, she's just looking at me, So I say "hi!" "We'd like a medium pizza, half combination, half pepperoni, and she says "what's a combination "? It took me a few seconds to actually believe what she just asked me, and i said "what's a combination"? She said "yeah, what's a combination "? I start to laugh, ONLY because I was nervous and I said "are you kidding "? She says "no". I Said "You're working in a pizza place, and you don't know what combination means"? So I literally had to break it down for her and tell her what a combination consisted of. So, she gives us our number and we go sit down at the booth next to the window. EVERY large booth as well as the smaller booths hadn't been cleaned off and still had left over food and trash from the people who were there earlier. So I go up to the register and I ask the same girl to please have someone clean off our table. It took about 10 min before she came. When our pizza came to the table, it was one SAD looking pizza! This so called medium pizza looked more like a small and the slices were cut so THIN it was ridiculous! Not worth $20! Understaffed, untrained, many dirty tables....I will NEVER go to this Round Table again! VERY disappointing! read more
