White pizza
Jeff C.

Good pizza! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Inside has an old school, neighborhood pizza joint vibe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There's a few tables inside and a small front patio area.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I got my order to go though. The pies are good. They have nice thin crust with a little crunch on bottom. I got the Works and a White pizza. Both are great. The Works is like a supreme pizza. The White pizza is a nice, lighter option. I also got some wings. They were ok. I would have liked if they were a bit more crispy. Service was good. Friendly staff. Easy parking in front.

Amazing pizza. Definitely top choice in the area. I've gone back a couple times now. And it hasn't disappointed. The customer service is great and [[HIGHLIGHT]]enjoy the environment.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We can't wait to go back.

Jumbo Cheese pizza!

San Biagio's truly a great NY Style pizza. They have 2 locations and we love both. The pizza is perfect everything we go. Friendly service, and great tasting NY style pizza!

Ordered 2 Jumbo Pizzas one with extra cheese one regular cheese. The regular one was horrible and not consistent. When I spoke with the manager he said he made them personally and was unwilling to do anything. After a while he offered a discount but I explained our family has been going to San Biaggios for 30+ years and it's never been like this. He said "I don't see how this is my problem" Way to ruin a relationship with a long standing customer!! I went by the original store and you tell me if it's the same.

New York Style Pizza

If you're a New Yorker in exile craving real pizza--San Biagio's is your home away from home. First impression: the box is ginormous--just like it should be! That alone made my heart skip a beat. As someone originally from Brooklyn, I've struggled to find authentic New York-style pizza since moving to California. Most places get it so wrong--but not San Biagio. From the first bite, I was instantly transported back to the boroughs. The crust is thin, perfectly floppy, and just the right balance of crispy and chewy. The cheese-to-sauce ratio is exactly how a true New Yorker wants it: rich tomato flavor, a melty cheese blend, and that mystery seasoning that you can't quite put your finger on--but when it hits, it hits home. My sister--who's as picky as I am--devoured half the box. No joke. These slices are massive, just like you'd grab off a paper plate at a corner spot in NYC. If you know and love real New York pizza, this place delivers--figuratively and literally. I honestly felt like I traveled cross-country without ever leaving SoCal. Do yourself a favor: grab a slice (or five). You won't regret it!

Living in the IE, San Biagio's is one of those places you go to try. You have a choice between New York or Sicilian Steele pizza is good. I personally enjoy the NY style better. There are a lot of toppings to choose from, they also have good specials. I enjoy the ziti, even the portion is filling. They have a decent selection of beer to pair with the pizza. Good value

Slice of pepperoni pizza

WOW! This place is amazing. I very highly recommend coming to this pizza place. It is probably the best pizza I've ever had and I would like to say I'm a pizza connoisseur. Not only is the pizza amazing but the workers are very kind and friendly. We having been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience with the workers or pizza. Amazing business!!!

Too much raw garlic

Ended up wanting to try this place out again, trying their sandwiches hoping for a better outcome then their pizza. Ordered 2 meatball subs and 2 eggplant parm subs, the meatball subs were ok, nothing to write home about. The eggplant parm was extremely disappointing, the sandwiches were $13 each and they skimp on the eggplant so much, you might as well have just eat some bread with some sauce on it. Absolutely ridiculous.

One evening, my daughter and I were heading home, she mentioned she would like to try eggplant parmesan. I immediately started thinking of some Italian restaurants that may be good choices. A few weeks ago, I wasn't able to try San Biagio's NY Pizza #2 because they were closed early on Halloween Day. Though their specialty is pizza, they do serve other Italian food like pasta, chicken parmesan sandwich, eggplant parmesan sandwich, etc. Maybe we can ask them to make eggplant parmesan on pasta instead. We were on our way... When we arrived, there were about 6 to 7 tables occupied. A few tables were still open. They do have outside seating, too. It's a hip pizza joint. It has that NY pizza place ambiance. Love the red and checkered table cloth look! Another cozy and kind of romantic place to bring a date... family and friends are good to bring, too LOL. Super friendly and nice staff. Gentleman at the register provided some recommendations... first timers must try their NY style pizza. They sell the whole pie and by the slice. Please note the cheese pizza is on display. You tell them which toppings you want and they will add them for $0.50 per topping. Slice of cheese pizza starts at $3.50 and it can go up to however much if you get all their toppings LOL. We chose Canadian bacon and pineapple so that was $1.00 more per slice. OMG... pizza was outrageously yummy... thin crust with a wonderful crunch at the bottom of pizza slice, light layer of marinara sauce, cheese was perfectly cheesy and stringy, pineapple was surprisingly tasty and sweet, and Canadian bacon was in good size, but wished it had some crisp to it on the edge. I agree... it is a must try! They do make their pizza in pan form, too. We also got 2 of their pre-designed small meals. I got the baked ziti with small salad + garlic bread. My daughter chose the shelled pasta with ricotta cheese with small salad + garlic bread. Everything was fantastic tasting!!! So so good!!! After ordering, you're given a number, you pick a table, and they'll bring you your food when ready. It's that simple. Staff came by our table from time to time to check if everything is good. That's the NY style way and I love it! They are located in The Colonies so parking is not an issue. I will definitely be coming back for more NY style goodness in amazing foods and great service... dine-in and take-out. Happy San Biagio's #2! P.S. Why #2 you ask? It's their 2nd restaurant in the area. Their original restaurant is also in Upland on 7th Street. Funny, I'm a long time Uplander and I never knew they existed until now. And #2 has been in business for 14 years and counting. I'll have to check out their #1, too. You know I will LOL.

Second San Biagio's location in northern Upland (first site is just north of the 10 fwy -also in Upland). Clean, bright, welcoming--an inviting atmosphere. Friendly staff who are helpful and considerate (one of them started closing shades when she noticed the Sun coming in strongly). We ordered a NY style thin crust pizza with half cheese, half pepperoni, as well as a calzone. The pizza has super flavorful sauce! My only critique is that I wish the 3 flat screen TVs had the volume turned off (they were playing football which really didn't need the narration to be appreciated by those who like watching sports--plus closed captioning works too).

Ask the Community - San Biagio's Pizza #2

Is it really close at ten because we went at nine and it was closed?

It closes at 10 M-Sat and 8 on Sunday. Being it is a family establishment, sometimes they close early if they have a family event

Pizza party for lunch with a dozen foodies…read more This pizzeria makes Signature Pizzas (Hawaiian, Brisket, Margherita, Veggie) or build your own. The Chicken Wings come in 6 or 12 pieces per order. Choose mild or spicy flavors (Buffalo, Barbecue, Mango Habanero, or Lemon Pepper). The group ordered a variety of Pizzas, Chicken Wings, Garden Salad, Meatball Sandwich, Garlic Knots, and Cheesy Bread. We shared and were able to sample a little of nearly everything. The sauce was rich and delicious in the pizza, meatball sandwich and for dipping the Wings, Garlic Bread, and Potato Wedges. We received excellent service from the owner, Jeremy, he personally checked on us throughout the luncheon. Danny prepped and baked our orders (and helped me when the Kiosk was not workin). Come over and spend a leisure time with family and friends while watching sports or playing board games. Sincerely, Rosemary

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food portions were generous. Parking is available in a large private shopping center lot. FOOD & DRINKS: Our group ordered the following: Garlic Bread ($4.95), Garlic Knots ($4.95), House Salad ($9.95), Lg. Pepperoni pizza ($19.95), Lg. Margarita pizza ($22.95), Personal size Ham & Pineapple pizza ($12.20), 6-piece Garlic Parmesan wings ($9.95), 6-piece Mango Habanero wings ($9.95), 12-piece Lemon Pepper wings ($17.95), and Meatball Sandwich ($13.95), among other items. Everyone enjoyed their food, once it arrived. Unfortunately, they forgot to make my wife's order, and I had to ask about it and remind them we were missing it. The fountain drinks are self-serve, mostly Pepsi products, including Pepsi Zero, and two Stubborn soda selections (Root Beer and Black Cherry). NOTE: They have a fantastic weekday Lunch Special. A personal pizza and 20 oz. drink for $6.99. I heard some complaints about the restroom but didn't experience it myself. A code is required for entry, and the toilet paper roll dispenser is located behind the toilet. Overall, the food was good, and other than my wife's forgotten pizza order and a couple of late out of the kitchen orders, I thought that everything was decent. I would give them another try.

This review is purely about the pizza service was good:…read more Ive tried pretty much the top tier pizzas in California so I have a good pizza scoring system Pizza was a 6.1/10 but it got the job done and was I'd say good enough Was better than all the chains like Pizza Hut and dominoes but thoes aren't even pizza I wouldn't consider thoes pizza. Crust and the bread: was the best part of the pizza they have a great oven I'd say and the crust was actually pretty good nothing special but way better than the chains 7/10 Sauce: literally just a normal sauce nothing stood out didn't think it was like a good sauce like other places it was just there wasn't bad but flavorless 5/10 Cheese: same as the sauce just normal cheese nothing special nothing that stood out just kinda bland normal cheese doesn't taste high quality kinda flavorless 5/10 Toppings: average toppings not the curled pepperonis just normal ones basic nothing crazy 5/10 Overall: just a decent pizza for California standards it does get carried by its style I wouldn't say anything about the pizza stands out but it's better than the chains and the crust is actually pretty nice but not as good as real New York style For New York standards this would probably hit a 5.8 considering I've tried ceres lindustry and the others but for California it's like a 6.1/10 and for this area it's probably like a 7/10 Place has potential to be honest I like the way their oven gave it a nice crisp I'd say if they just used higher quality ingredients which actually make a big difference or maybe some other sauce recipes just to make it stand out it would really help it compete with the top dogs but compared to the chains like hut dominoes johns, I'd take this 10/10 times I'd eat here again if I was close to give it another chance but for now this is my review as a pizza reviewer idk why this has such good reviews I don't really care about the service they were nice I really just want the rating to reflect the taste of the food.
