Really too bad, cool atmosphere and nice waitress but our pizza order was messed up and we were super nice about it, waitress said they could remake it but it would probably take a long time so we said we would pick at it, expected it to not be on the check, when it was I asked about it and she discounted it 50% but said that she couldn't take the pizza off completely or she would get yelled at. I said this wasn't your fault and I am happy to tell your manager that, she said he wouldnt be coming to our table. This seemed a little odd, and another person in my party went to the bar to ask who the manager was, the owner then came out and berated her and called her a disgruntled customer and proceeded to kick our whole party, including two children out, told us to get the fuck out and followed us out pushing the door closed when we weren't out of the doorway, and on top of that called the police!? His son is the manager that we questioned and his wife was there working as a server and was not at all involved but came over to yell at us and insert herself. Just wow, clearly new family business and no clue how to run a business or deal with customers, overly aggressive, really shocking behavior and escalation of a situation that should have been mild from life long shot tower customers who really wanted to like this place. This was a $100+ order and a small pizza that was messed up. I feel bad for the waitress if she feels she can't tell the kitchen they screwed up an order without fear of being yelled at, and after seeing how they treated customers she is right to be afraid. read more

Insane absolutely insane, Worst business I've ever been to in my life. So the atmosphere was good when I walked in and got all my food but.. service was bad. Initially but as I started looking multiple other things were wrong, Pizza was not made correctly and red pepper flakes everywhere, I don't like spicy. So then I asked about it to the waitress and she said it would be a long time to remake it and it was already ready terrible service. So then I picked at it and ate the rest of my appetizers. Then I got my bill. They charged me For THE PIZZA. And so I asked to speak to the manager, 5 min later waitress came back and got 50%, My relative then payed. And I was still kind of angry about not full off. So then, I went to the bar asked an employee for the manager, But instead I get the owner, Which he made numerous insults to me and my relatives. A real hothead. He would then threaten by saying he called the police, And we headed out, But as we were leaving, We were still arguing. and He PUShED US OuT!
