Flight served on an old sewing table!
    Lynn L.

We stopped in on our way through town and thoroughly enjoyed it. We each did a flight of 4, and I thought all 4 of mine were spot on! If we'd had more time, I would have ordered a pint of one of them. Hubby liked 3 of his 4. The historical nature of the place adds a very nice ambiance. We didn't try the food so cant comment on that. Would love to return!

    Classic!

Wow. The classic pretzel is what I had. So good. So so good! The pretzel was bigger than my face! It came with a beer cheese that was the perfect dipping beer cheese ! I was hungry and I could only eat half! I also had one of their beers on tap. My friends got the pretzel bites and the special of the month, pumpkin bites with cream cheese frosting. "It was very good!" They both had the root beer and loved it. Large root beers with free refills! Nice

Went here after field of dreams, Amber ale was great. Had a pretzel and popcorn awesome pretzel very unique, cheese ham and beer cheese. Old sewing machine factory so really cool decorations and interior. Bar tenders and food preparers were awesome.

We stopped in here the first weekend of June and it was CRAZY busy. Apparently there was 50+ boy's baseball tournaments going on that weekend. We walked in and found a spot at the bar and one of the ladies acknowledge us right away. I cannot say enough about them! They were on top of it and still were so positive and fun staff. The food and the drinks were good and the atmosphere was fantastic so we will definitely be back!

    Giant pretzels

We had a group of 20 and they easily were able to fit us on one long table. Thankfully when we came in they weren't busy yet. The kids inhaled three giant pretzels (with the cinnamon and sugar one being their fave) and we tried about 7 of the flatbreads. They also give out free popcorn. The beer was great too. Love that the facility was an old textile plant. Very cool space.

    Flight of beers.

Cool brewery in Dyersville. A quick few tips. You seat yourself and there is no table service. All orders are placed at the bar. Now that's out of the way let's get to the good stuff. A very good beer selection. I was pleasantly surprised. I decided to get a flight so that I could sample a few different beers. I opted for the lemon lime gypsy wheat, the Petersburg pilsner, the half-whit, and lastly the colesburg kolsch. My favorite was the kolsch. The light honey taste and aroma was delicious. The Petersburg pilsner is a classic German pilsner and was very tasty as well. The lemon lime had a nice crispness to it. Lastly was the half-wit. A nice wheat beer . The pretzels were amazing. The HUGE, absolutely HUGE pretzel was fantastic. The outside was just crispy enough and the soft doughy inside was delicious. The beer cheese had a little kick to it, not too much but enough. The garlic Parmesan pretzel bites were covered in gooey hot cheese and garlic. It came with warm marinara. Definitely a gem in Dyersville especially if you're looking for a beer and pretzel.

Located a short walk from Dyersville's downtown district and only three miles from The Field of Dreams, I have enjoyed my visits to this new and unique restaurant. Lots of nearby parking, a casual setting with quite a bit of room for groups, families, or a small party. Comfortable table tops plus large screen TVs to catch all the action while you're out of town. I love the interior, as it is a fully restored building from the 1800s. Particularly enjoyed their flatbread selections, which were cooked perfectly, quickly served hot at the table.

Went on Presidents' Day, a holiday, and on a Monday-they were one of the few places open... Great friendly service, beautiful building, food was good. I prefer a more traditional tortilla chip, but toppings were good, pretzel was tasty, but I thought a bit over priced. Good beer, and i'll say it again, great service.

Sampled 9 beers and enjoyed them all. And the pretzels are more than a meal for 2!!

Wife and I stopped in this brewery. Sampled 9 beers and enjoyed them all. And the pretzels are more than a meal for 2!! Fun stop, great beers, friendly staff. We definitely recommend a stop here.

Went here on a Saturday night because we saw that they specialized in large soft pretzels, one of my favorite foods! This is a great pairing to go with a wide selection of beers. We ended up getting the Summer Sonata beer, the German pretzel, and the garlic parmesan pretzel bites. Obviously, we had leftovers. When you get there, you order at the bar and then they give you a buzzer to let you know when your food is ready. The food was prepared pretty quick, given the amount of people who were there. But the wait also wasn't that bad, since there are plenty of tv's and sports were on. The garlic parmesan bites were loaded with parmesan and the marinara sauce that accompanied was the perfect pairing. Something I could have used for my mozzarella sticks a few days earlier. Even though these were good, the standout was the German pretzel. The pretzel was quite large and thick, with a good exterior crust and soft inside. It was pretty buttery, but I was most impressed by how well the pretzel held up to the wetness from the sauerkraut. Even though all of the toppings on the pretzel are quite salty in nature, the swiss cheese, Canadian bacon, and sauerkraut, all unite to enhance the pretzel and also stand on their own. Of course since I like spice, I also had to add some red pepper flakes. The pretzel also comes with a Snuggy beer cheese, which we were quite impressed with. It was thinner than expected, but that was kind of nice seeing as our pretzel already had cheese on it, also very flavorful. The beer was quite pleasant. Overall, great food, good beer, and friendly bartenders. I also love that their logo is an old sewing machine! When in the area, I would definitely recommend stopping by.

Always looking for a new place, this one was a hit. A nice venue in a small town. The inside is quaint and comfortable. I like the somewhat antique ambiance. The flights come in the cutest little boxes. The beers were good. A nice variety of flavors and I found most to be to my liking. They have a nice outdoor patio, I wish the weather was nicer so we could have sat there. Definately worth another road trip. We didn't eat, but the food looked amazing. Imagine a giant pretzel coated in cheese and bacon!

Great atmosphere! Textile is a great place to watch a few games, catch up with friends and enjoy a beer! There is a very nice outdoor space as well. I had the pretzel with cheese dip and a sour beer- enjoyed both! Unfortunately, there is not very strict COVID protocols as guests did not wear a mask upon entering and moving throughout the brewery. Was very surprised to see that an employee did not have a mask on. Overall great experience, but no protocol enforced for COVID.

We sat at the bar and enjoyed a couple flights.

So glad we made the trip to Dyersville to try this place out! We got a couple flights because all the beers just sounded so good and we were not disappointed in the size of their "Massive" German pretzel. We also got the chorizo nachos and they were SO good! Also enjoyed the decor of the super cool old textile factory building. Hope to be back at least one more time while we're still in the area.
