My husband found this service, was able to easily schedule a pick up and Julie was right outside the exit from the terminal with a very visible sign that was easy to locate. I've been using their services for about 3 days now, and it was ok, but today things went left. The driver was supposed to show at 7:50 AM which was pre-scheduled, and he did not come until about 8:20 AM which caused me to be late for a commitment I had that day. He arrived in his pajamas, made excuses for why he was late, tried to charge me full price for the ride, and in addition to all of that he was extremely rude and raised his voice at me more than once in the cab. I felt utterly uncomfortable, and had to call a family member and keep them on the phone with me when I was in the cab. The one positive is that the dispatch, Jerome, did call and apologize for what took place that morning. I was told that the driver was anxious, but that is not comparable to being unprofessional and rude to a paying patron. I do believe in second chances; so I may give the company another opportunity to redeem themselves, but this experience was very unfortunate.
