Mr. Clark picked up my loved one at the veterinarian's office and provided frequent telephone calls to keep me updated on the cremation process. Gave no timeline for when he could provide, and refused to mail with tracking number since this will be the 3rd time they have supposedly sent them. Continuously interrupted me when talking, took no accountability for his team, not solution oriented, complete lack of empathy. Would NOT recommend. Will be reviewing wherever I can, as well as filing complaints.

My children Sarah and Adam lost their precious baby girl at birth this week. Since she was born before the magical 20 week cutoff, it was not necessary to bury her. Sarah and Adam were determined to have a proper service for their baby. Adam contacted Mr. Denny Lankford who made many calls and assisted the kids in getting a funeral service arranged for their beautiful baby Emma.
