I was referred to Dr. Kubik by Dr. Hyde Sheffield (an amazing periodontist) and Pennino Dentistry, and from start to finish, it was the best experience I've ever had at a doctor's office. At 53 years old, I needed braces and was told I'd have them for 16 to 22 months; they came off right at 16 months to the day. The staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and kind, answering every question I had and making me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr. Kubik's office has an outstanding morale--he clearly loves what he does and brings humor and warmth to each visit. He caters to young patients but makes everyone feel at ease, and his personality is infectious. Candy, who helped when I got my braces removed, was phenomenal as well. I can honestly say I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I recommend Dr. Kubik to anyone who needs orthodontic care. I started my Invisalign program in February and ended this September (your treatment plan may vary). I am now maintaining the straightening with simple retainers and couldn't be happier with the experience. Dr. Schmidt and her group of professionals are a powerhouse team. In the beginning, I had a consultation with Dr. Schmidt and she told me upfront what the costs, benefits and duration of the treatment (within months) would be. Her office really helped make the payment plan work with my Flex Spending Account so that the finances were feasible without too much of an impact to the family budget. I signed the contract and began the process. If you like technology, you'll love the Invisalign process. The 3D scanning resulted in a digital model of my teeth that could be projected out over the next several months to show how the teeth would move with each Invisalign tray. I don't think that I would have had as good of an outcome without Dr. Schmidt and her team's experience. She took detailed notes on how she wanted things to look and could adjust things to make it happen. I trusted her aesthetic vision and it was a pleasure to see it incrementally come to life. Here we are at the end of the "active" phase of Invisalign. Her skilled team worked to help my teeth maintain their new alignment with a permanent wire and a pair of Invisalign-like trays to wear at night (again...your treatment plan may vary). I am proud to wear this smile (albeit under a mask for the time being) and enthusiastically recommend the services Dr. Schmidt and her excellent staff provide. Thank you!

Dr. Schmidt has the necessary equipment to deal with special needs kids and any child hesitant to oral care. They were always kind and compassionate and easy to work with. I also felt their treatment plan was more reasonable than other orthodontists who wanted 2 phases of treatment and a lot more money. I am thrilled with the results and would absolutely recommend Dr. Schmidt to anyone and everyone.

We should have all become dentists. Our problems would be a thing of the past. I've always found their office staff to be extremely pleasant and willing to work with you on scheduling. Their hygenist is the BOMB. She's so great and gentle. Dr. Steve is awesome and he's always had a straight-up attitude with me. I had an emergency with my crown and they got me in right away and put me out of my misery. They don't offer payment plans, but they do take Care Credit. I use that for many medical procedures, vet bills, salon procedures, you name it. It takes the credit risk off them, which I can understand from their perspective. Why did I not give this 5 stars? A while back, they had a Dr. Lee, who was supposed to take off a bad filling and put on a crown. He didn't do a great job and left me with a hyper-sensitive tooth (hence, emergency crown visit above). So that whole experience did make me a little gun-shy about whether I needed that in the first place. Dr. Lee has long been gone, and everyone else is great. Their dental assistants have always been really nice and pleasant. We've been patients here since 2009. They are a preferred provider of my dental insurance, which is why we have stayed with them.

The staff has always been very friendly and understanding if we have accidently missed an appointment. They break everything out so you know what you are paying and what your insurance covers if you have it. I always make the appointments and get a reminder call as well. I understand the times sometimes are inconvenient as they are not open late or weekends but we have always made it work as not many appointments require a long time.

She knows how to connect with her patients and really tailors her visits to the individual kid by mentioning things she can tell they like. For example, she noticed my daughter's paw patrol shoes and started talking about paw patrol with my daughter! She eases any hesitation the kids have with her pleasant ton and personality! She has a very special way of working with kids. She is amazing. I am so fortunate to have found such a wonderful person who makes my daughter smile and laugh throughout her appointments. Dr. Lin the dentist is amazing as well! At my daughter's very first dentist visit she was really worried which Dr. Lin could sense. He left the room and came back with a special balloon for her which instantly made her feel more comfortable. He has a kind and gentle demeanor that makes kids and parents feel comfortable. Unlike other pediatric dentists offices, this office allows the parents back in the exam/cleaning room with the children which was important to me. This office is wonderful in so many ways. I have been very impressed and will recommend this office!

Another great quality is that they are very open and upfront about costs and what your insurance (or dental discount plan) will and will not cover. That takes a huge stress off trying to manage the health and finances of your family. They are very kid friendly, but also very professional. It's been 5 years now and even with all the cavities my kids have had they do not fear the dentist. From the receptionists to the dentists everyone is kind and friendly. I also love that they've never once scolded my kids for being a kid. They will ask them to stop misbehaving if I'm concentrating on the billing or speaking with the dentist, but it's never said as a way to shame the child or the parent and to me this kind of positive influence from professionals is essential.
