I have been coming to this laundromat for three past couple months due to a home remodel. I wanted to express how clean, updated, and neat this place is. All of the machines have Apple Pay which means no messing around with quarters. The doors open automatically, which is pretty neat. Most importantly it is always clean and fresh when I go there. Very satisfying. This place has made the remodel process a little less stressful. read more

I dropped off my down jacket and down comforter. They did a good job on both. Especially the comforter, which is white, and had yellowed across the ends. They got out practically all the yellowing. I was impressed. Prices are much better than a dry cleaner. Marisol is very nice and attentive and there was a quick turnaround time. The items were still damp when I brought them home. Marisol said I could bring them back to dry, but I just let them dry at home. I'll definitely use them again. read more

Route 33 is the polar opposite of their rat-trap competitor in Mira Monte. Neat, clean and new facilities overall, but speaking of traps, the bathroom door tends to slam shut like one...a big one. Don't say I didn't warn you! Like most places in Oak View, parking is kind of tight but otherwise I'll continue to do my wash there until I install long-awaited and long-desired facilities of my own. read more

The machines at my apartment complex aren't properly maintained, my clothes were constantly coming out of the machine covered in lint, other peoples hair, pet hair etc. I began looking for somewhere else to do my laundry and I am so thrilled to have found this super clean laundromat right up the street. Clean machines, well ventilated, and my clothes didn't end up smelling like other people's laundry detergent, which I'm sensitive to. I was in and out and very pleased with how clean my clothes are. Convenient location with easy parking. Clean, well lit and the machines work. They're also reasonably priced and they do the job quickly. I came here with a friend of mine and it wasn't crowded, we left our laundry running and came back after a quick bite and it was not molested. Best Laundromat I've ever been to!!! Granted, I have only been to a handful in my life. The machines here are all new and fabulous. They have small, medium, and large washer sizes. They take all forms of credit card (Amex, Discover included!) and Apple Pay, Google Wallet, and of course change. They have a Soap Center so you can buy detergent and softener for $1. I'm here from out of town for work and was in need of washing clothes. I found this place on Yelp and I gatta say this is the most modern laundry place I have ever seen. All machines take credit/debit cards as well as coins. Even the trash cans are push button to open and close I couldn't believe it. The place is super clean and everything is new here. The lady working here named Maria was so nice and helpful, she guided me through using the machines it was very easy. She even mentioned they have a laundry service here that I'll probably take advantage of the next time I come in. This place has it all good prices, cleanliness and service was excellent! read more

This place gives getting utterly ripped off a whole other meaning. I used the largest machine they have and they are charging 8 dollars for 20 minutes without giving you any water. I'm picking my dog up from surgery and he will get an infection if I put these blankets on him. I know how much soap to apply I've worked at a laundromat washing and drying in the fluff and fold for 7 years. I know all these is to know about washing. This is DISGUSTING they are simply robbing you blind. Oh and by the way, there isn't enough time for the soak rinse and then spin cycles for 20 minutes. Shame on the crooks that run this dump. I'm entitled to be mad I have to run this machine probably 3 times to get my blankets even marginally clean. Just so people who don't know better get an idea, the shortest wash cycle cannot be less than 25 minutes and you have to have enough water the water line to reach a couple inches above the laundry. Even that isn't enough but it would be enough to cause suds. My laundry had not a single sud. I will be wanting my darn money back read more

I'm remodeling and without a washer and dryer. I use their fluff n fold service and it's a life saver! The employees are very professional and polite. I feel their prices are fair. The laundromat is very clean inside and the machines look newer. So happy to have found this place. read more

This laundromat is so exceptional I felt it needed a review online. I love that the machines and detergent dispenser all have the option for credit card or coin. This was so much easier than the hassle if finding/carrying a pocket of quarters. The whole facility is well-designed and tidy. Free WiFi is a perk, and they even placed protective covers over the outlets by the children's table. The owners have great attention to detail. I live in Ventura, but might start driving out here just for the facility. What a well-run business! read more

I have NEVER been in a nicer laundromat. Extremely clean and everything is shiny and new. They have a/c, wi-fi, huge tv and a dozen ways to pay. Swipe your credit card, Apple Pay, Google pay, android apps and plain old quarters. The attendant was very sweet and efficient. It was such a wonderful experience that I think I may secretly go do laundry more often. read more

Not only was this the cleanest, most up-to-date laundromat i have ever been in it was also by far the friendliest! The staff is all very nice but Shauna is AMAZING. When she sees customers coming she offers baskets and opens doors, she goes above and beyond. I live right around the bock from another laundromat but i will drive the extra distance to do my laudry at route 33. read more

WHAT A FIND! This is a great new location to be able to do my laundry at! There is AC, the location is clean, the staff is incredibly friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The location is easy to get to and the interior is spacious to be comfortable while doing your laundry. There s even Free Wifi!!! My wife went there yesterday November 29th it was raining out really bad that day and the clothes were little wet because it rained a few minutes anyways the lady inside there was very rude to my wife cannot have clothes that were wet on the floor because she's making a mess and on the tables anyway she called the cops up cops came and laughed at her the person that was working there gave my wife a hard time said my wife was a slob making a mess and throwing things at people totally lied the officers and there's cameras and those Witnesses I don't like people profiling or lying please don't go there my wife want to go watch at least 15 loads my wife only used two carts going back and forth to the vehicle anyways I guess that was too many carts to use basically she called my wife a slob and lied to the police anyways a few minutes ago the owner of laundromat just called he thinks he's running a five star restaurant it was a rainy day things get wet he was very rude on the phone if he was concerned his floors getting wet he should close on the rainy day and teach his employees manners and respect for other people then he called me back two more times I told him to go f himself because he told me and my wife's not allowed in there I would never go in there anyways you better choose your words carefully and look at your cameras better read more

Unfortunately laundry comes out stinking like someone else's perfumed detergent and softener sheets. If you're sensitive to phony fragrances don't use this facility. The machines are permeated. read more
