It was actually one of the few pretty decent coin up launders we have been too. We were just visiting this city for a sports tournament and had to clean my son's muddy uniforms pretty quickly. Soooo many options for washers. Look up and you will see (signs) which washers are good for the amount of wash you have. Down fall is that you can't just put coins directly into the machine. You need to purchase a "card" and put money in it. Washing and drying is set at a price point so you won't be able to put the exact amount on your card. Now we have some stupid amount left over on the card we probably won't use again. You should be able to return the card and get the balance back! This is how they make the "extra" back. Pretty good scam. lol...this happens cuz they put 79 cents as a price for 11 minute drying. It will never add up to the amount you put on your card. They have plenty of choices for detergent, softener and dryer sheets to select in the machine if you forgot yours or need. Perfect for these unplanned usage. There wasn't a lot of carts to use so I would suggest adding more. Plenty of parking in the lot. 3/5/2024 Thank you to the owner for writing back. It's a laundromat. Does what it needs to do. You do have to purchase a card with the value in order to wash & dry which is annoying if you don't use the full funds. It would be better if you could just pay electronically at each machine. I'm also currently timing the dryer vs the "minutes" it claims to dry for and it doesn't really seem to be on track. The "13" minutes for the 75 lb dryer is actually more like 11-12ish minutes so in turn you spend more. It's not superbly clean in here but what laundry mat is. I really needed the larger wash and dryer so it does what needs to be done. read more

I came to this laundromat to wash my comforters. And a lady approached me and asked what I was doing. I said my laundry. I was sitting down writing things on my notepad. I said to her who are you the owner and she said yes. This owner was very rude by asking me what I was doing there. I wasn't there for a long time. I was probably there 15 to 20 minutes. I wasn't doing anything. And she just walked away. Honestly felt uncomfortable doing my laundry. It was the first and last time. Rude. There is absolutely nothing that was NOT above and beyond! Both Robert and Michelle were onsite and it was just a fresh breath of air to not only see owners onsite and physically tending to the site (the entire time my niece and I were there, mind you) but the facility is immaculate!! They accept cash and card, every washer is sanitized after each load, the bathroom is spotless, and there are a ton of stores nearby. It's a 10 - 15 minute drive but incredibly well worth it. Pretty good laundry mat. My washer broke so I've been coming here for a couple weeks now. I'm not sure if they add fabric softener but every time I wash here I swear my clothes are so soft! It's super clean and everyone is pretty polite. I usually have to use two dry cycles for my clothes to be dry but it's not a problem since drying only costs less than a dollar and since im pretty sure I just put too much clothes. So glad there is such a nice laundry mat so close to home! read more

Don't go to this place! I have never posted anything negative but this has to be told. The manager was beyond ridiculously rude. Yes I understand there was a sign that said for kids not to run or play but my grandson is two. So he was just being vocal down the aisles and the manager yelled for him to hush. First of all you tell the parent/ guardian. Who yells at another persons child to hush. I will never be back to this place again. Ultimate rude and unprofessional. read more

Fast turnaround and Everything is cleaned, folded wonderfully and or hung so perfectly. Options for laundering include ozone!! My sensitive skin prefers unscented and has been completely unaffected. We were looking to wash a thick & heavy queen-sized comforter and didn't want to sit there for 2 hours while it washed & dried so I was inquiring about their fluff & fold service! When we arrived, we were promptly greeted by the awesome attendant, Maria, who took the comforter & my information. Just a few hours later (on a Saturday), I received a text that it was ready. Brought my Queen size comforter to get washed. I recently moved into a house with my boyfriend and our washing machine can't handle the size of our comforter. We checked this place because of the reviews. I looked up their pricing chart for different sheets and it should have cost $15 for a Queen Comforter. However, we were charged $24 for a King Down Comforter. I tried to explain that when we were picking up but the woman barely spoke English. Not sure how you run a business and are unable to communicate with customers. She was a different person that was there when we dropped it off. At dropoff, it was another woman and her daughter was the one who translated. In the end, the comforter was cleaned and smelt good. It was bagged up too so that was good. I don't plan on coming back though. read more

I've been occasionally using this laundry mat for over 2 years as I've never had an issue with the facilities and/or management until today. My husband and I brought our 2 yr old grandson since we were only going to be there for a short visit. Immediately we notice a lady being extremely rude and disrespectful while on FaceTime as she was trying to fix some issue with the water dispenser. Shortly after loading my bedding, I hear my grandson as he was laughing out loud, then I hear, "HEY"!! I was in front of the store and could hear this clearly. My husband was in the middle section, so I engaged with her reminding her not to talk to my grandson in that manner. He is an innocent toddler while in nobody's way. I don't care if it's HEY or HUSH (as my husband stated in his review). It is NEVER ok to shout at another child in that way. It's very unprofessional and if she had any class, she would've communicated any concerns appropriately and respectfully. We also have witnesses that saw/heard everything. Wow!!!! I am absolutely impressed by this small business. I dropped off like, 3 large garbage bags full of all kinds of different clothes and blankets. Not only were they done in less than 24 hours, but THEY HUNG UP MY DRESSES AND CARDIGANS!!! And perfectly folded my tee shirts, they look like I just bought them. Everything fit so perfectly in my drawers and smelled really good but light, not an overpowering scent. Seriously, I cannot express how happy I am. I am officially a life long customer. I come here with my work class every other Monday to teach them how to do their own laundry. In the mornings it's pretty empty besides us. They've got vending machines full of laundry needs and drinks and a clean bathroom and benches to use while waiting for your clothes. The washers and dryers come in all shapes and sizes as well if you're looking to wash that giant comforter you keep putting off. My favorite thing about this place, besides it close proximity to a Starbucks, is the owner. He is the nicest guy! He's so friendly! I'd definitely recommend this place. read more

I've been going to this place for at least seven years...thru the two previous owners and now this owner. I've never used a wash machine here...I just take them my dirty laundry and it comes back clean, folded, organized and nicely wrapped in clear plastic. My first time under the new ownership I thought they'd given me another person's laundry as there were several items on hangers that looked at first like they were dark suits. They were my sweat shirts, on hangars and under plastic coverings. I just got another bunch back today and things were folded better than even my mom can do. The place is always pin clean and I've never seen any bad people hanging around. There always seems to be an attendant on duty. Highly recommended!!! read more

Absolutely love this places. The staff is extremely helpful and machines are taken care of. I love the idea of using a card so you can reload money on that instead of carrying coins. The best thing her is the girl who works here. She is constantly on the move cleaning or helping her customers. I went to use a dryer I'd used multiple times for my comforter before and she stopped me and suggested a bigger dryer. My initial thought was she just wanted me to pay more, but it turns out the bigger dryer was more efficient and took only one run to dry my comforter (vs 3 runs in the smaller one the last time). When I lost a shirt and asked a week later if she might have it in the back, she went looking and brought out every shirt with blue in it for me to check. When she's not actively helping customers, she's cleaning machines, sweeping the floor or wiping down the vending machines. I LOVE her work ethic! I go several miles out of my way to come here, just because of her!!! read more

Laundromat has washing machines that come in different sizes. I was slightly miffed that you can't use quarters here which is the currency I came in with. They have a bill breaker so I used the $10 I had on hand. Before washing, you have to purchase a card for $1, then fill with money. I washed a comforter and sheets in their largest washer-cost about $8. Dryer cost about $1.50. I'll be trying other spots with more ideal price range. Overall, it's a clean laundromat, soaps are sold if you don't bring your own, free WiFi, and it's in a plaza with various stores that you can go to if you choose to wait for your laundry somewhere else. I came in around 12pm on a friday and it wasn't crowded but people do use the opportunity to use as many washers as possible so I had to wait about 10 min for one to open up. But again, didn't stop by during an ideal time. read more
