They don't just do the usual platter of cheese and sandwiches, they also have a range of turkish breads and sushi! I love their Salmon and Dill sandwiches, super fresh and yummy dill. On top of that, many ladies in our office were delighted to hear of their gluten-free range, always good. Along with the gluten-free, they have wraps and grain breads for the low GI option as well as danish cookies (not so low GI, but buttery goodness that melts in your mouth). Their selection of burgers, served with chips, is also under $10 and is perfect for students and professionals looking for an affordable feed to fill the stomach. Turn around on an order, when at its busiest, can take up to fifteen minutes. But, for what you pay is rewarded handsomely. A welcome addition to Carraway is that they also serve breakfast. This handy little kiosk in the heart of chermside boasts traditional american style jerky, tender south african biltong, deli meats and a primo range of south african goodies (Koeksisters, drywors or ouma rusks anyone?) The Original and BBQ jerky flavours are mild and sweet, (and I can definitely tell you the chilli is VERY HOT.) But if you like a bit of kick Peri-Peri or pepper is the way to go.
