Sergio, Jason, and all the guys were great and we are so so happy with how everything turned out. We were in need of some masonry work at our home and had the hardest time finding someone we could trust to do the work. We were ghosted several times, and the other bids we did get were clearly halfhearted and absurdly priced. We called Rock Founded Okc and talked to Sergio the same day. Within a few days his brother came out to measure our house and discuss the project with us - and a few days later they had gotten a detailed bid back to us and gave us flexibility on when we wanted to start. They started the next week and showed up early in the morning. They were very careful around our new windows and made sure to protect the house during demo. They quickly removed our old damaged brick and were ready to lay the new brick the next day. A few days later and we are left with a beautiful home again and they did an amazing job! They were great every day they were here and always communicated any changes/obstacles etc that came up during the job. The work is amazing and speaks for itself but they went the extra mile and spent the time to clean up thoroughly and we did not have to do a single thing to clean up after they had left. For anyone thinking of doing any brick/stone/concrete work on their new build or their existing home like we did - we cannot recommend Sergio/Jason and all the guys enough. He came an powerwashed everything, sanded down any rough spots, and then applied a tinted sealer and the deck looks brand new! It only took him a few hours, and he even came back early the next morning to put the patio tables where they belong so our customers had a place to sit and enjoy their pastries. After that first conversation I felt calm and like I had finally found what I was looking for - someone who could take it from here. We hired IBEX to replace 29 windows in our home. Our house was built in the 1930s but the windows were aluminum and probably installed in the 1970s. We knew when buying the home in 2020 we'd need to replace them, but after one year of holding them open with books, ice inside, condensation that caused the paint to warp on every sill, and one that straight up leaked when rain blew in from the west, we decided in early 2022 it was time. We are so thankful we found Ricky and Raymond at IBEX and took the leap. We easily trusted them and their recommendations. The windows were installed to perfection, even though upon removing the old ones, we found that the wood had warped and rotted, and the wood had to be replaced and the windows had to be rewrapped. I can't say enough about how it was all done perfectly, with no issues, at a very fair price, by great people. We love supporting this local OKC business and highly recommend IBEX. They did such an exceptional job, when we needed roofing and siding help, (Lake Eufaula) we did not hesitate to ask them for a quote again. When I told him I would prefer not to share that, he said I was playing games and that he made over $3 million this year and didn't have time for my games. That he was going to do me a favor and try to help me out, but because I didn't wanna tell him the estimate and was playing games with him he didn't have time for me. Very rude, arrogant, and obnoxious.
