I watched them replace the roof on my neighbors home a few years earlier and loved the workmanship and care that was put into their roof. I reached out to Triple Diamond Construction on October 24, to request assistance with filing a claim and getting my storm damage repaired. Michael Brittain and Cory Wiley were essential in taking care of getting all of the damage from the storm repaired. I had extensive damage to window screens, gutters/leaf guards, shutters, garage door, fence, out building, the air conditioner, and of course the roof of which everything needed to be repaired. While Michael and Cory were the two people who showed up to take control of the job there were many more amazing workers who took care of doing the work. I would highly recommend Triple Diamond Construction and Roofing to anyone needing repairs as they make sure the insurance requirements are met and the proper coverage is handled before they start the repairs as required by the insurance company. They demanded payment before they finished their contract and threatened to file a lien on my home if I didn't agree to pay them before they completed their work. I'm still picking up nails and roofing material in my yard that was supposed to be removed. They also broke all of my flowerbed yard lights and a ceramic bird bath. I ended up contracting another company to finish the job. I have since found out that other companies charge much less for the same work. There are several good roofing contractors out there but Southlake Builders isn't one of them.
