They carry incredible Christmas scented oils. One of the most memorable is Thymes Frazier Fir. They have linen spray, candles, car air freshener and diffuser oil, that just brings the spirit of the season. There are so many gifts for all occasions. Some beautiful glassware, unique jewelry and candles are available. The store is clean and the staff are so helpful and friendly. Tina was awesome helping with my gifts and put everything in a neat gift bag. If you are an Ace Hardware member they even accept promotional discounts. The space is spread across multiple rooms, with vendors offering everything from toys and furniture to home goods, collectibles, tools, and art. No matter what you're into, there's something here to catch your eye. I especially loved the mix of old and new--everything from the contemporary Temptations cookware I love to the vintage Pyrex I adore. One booth even had an incredible wall of Loungefly bags. Being in Central Florida, there's also a great selection of Disney-themed items sprinkled throughout. Be sure to follow the arrows on the floor so you don't miss the hidden upstairs area--it's easy to overlook and totally worth checking out. You could easily spend hours browsing here. If you need a break, there's a Touch of Philly cheesesteak food truck on-site, plus a snack counter inside offering chips and popcorn. Across two floors and over 1,000 square feet of space they have the most amazing antiques and treasures. Sherman's Antiques has been in business for over 25 years selling their own items and leasing space to other vendors. They also do estate sales and offer a doll hospital, restoring treasured dolls from the past. I couldn't believe they actually have a basement which is something you hardly ever see in Florida where the water table is so close to the surface. I had so much fun exploring their furniture, housewares, glassware, clothes, art, jewelry, holiday decorations, collectibles, and so much more. I especially loved the vintage casserole dishes. Prices ranged from a few dollars to the many thousands. How negotiable they are depends on it it belongs to them or a vendor. On the way out I spoke to the friendly owners about their marvelous collection. It is a curated history of the 20th century. If you love antiques the way I do, add this to your Winter Haven shopping list.

Upon entering Southern Gentleman Antiques it became clear the owner definitely appreciates all that visit - after a gracious greeting and invitation to explore every area of the shop he also offered refreshments and made us aware of the public restroom which is rare these days and although I passed on the refreshments I did visit the extremely clean and well maintained restroom I can't say enough about the customer service here. we were encouraged to ask any questions on the merchandise and we were left to explore this beautiful shop at our leisure. There are several rooms full, absolutely stocked full of goodies, and it does not look that roomy on the outside of the store. There are all kinds of old school knick knacks, a ton of really beautiful glassware and themed salt shakers. Of course, your pick of gorgeous and unique furniture, locally made prints of Lakeland and even antique shaving sets. As several people asked just in my one visit, this did used to be the location of "What's New" consignment boutique. But clearly, it is not there anymore because they moved locations. My daughter loved the Lego tables to play at while my son and sifted through all the cool legos. Then as we drove out we couldn't believe that the train museum was nearby with some great looking restaurants in the area. We will be driving back very soon to walk around the cool town, watch some trains, grab a bite to eat, and stop in to buy more legos.
