I am not disputing the load being over the limit. I called about the difference between wet weight and dry weight. They discounted 1/2 ton for wet weight. The fine print that I signed said that overages would be $55.00/ton. I was charged $62/ton. I called to ask about difference and was told that their invoices had not been updated.

When I requested the dumpster, I received a few text messages requesting that I sign the "contract" before they could deliver the dumpster. I clicked the link in my text on my phone. This brought me to a signature page with no real link to the contract details. I signed because I thought I was just agreeing to the terms discussed on the phone. After having the dumpster dropped off, I wanted to write a good review because the driver was so cool to me. I then saw all these reviews claiming the company is a scam. I called the company and asked about this horrible reputation and overcharges that everybody has experienced. The lady on the phone only said, see the contract. I was then transferred to customer service where another lady just said angrily, read the contract. I read it, It is a SCAM!

It turned out that I needed the larger one anyway. I did receive an overage fee of $20 after they weighed it. They picked the dumpster up the day I requested. Only frustrating thing was the delivery. They don't guarantee delivery on the requested day so I had to keep the driveway clear for three days until it was finally delivered. The delivery person was very friendly and helpful and skillful at backing up. I would order from them again.

Made an appointment to have that fixed, waited here all day before they decided to cancel the appointment, and they rescheduled for the next day at 9:30. Took the morning off work to meet them, then they decided to call and tell me they are not coming. Person on the phone told me they had no idea what was going on, wanted to schedule an appointment. I told them I had two scheduled and took off work. They told me there was no way they could ever have someone here at 9:30 so I don't know what the hell is going on over there, but apparently they can't fix a simple leak and they have no idea how to schedule an appointment. Awful, awful, awful stay far away. And besides that, the price was absolutely ridiculous to come move a drain and a water line.
