The only place to get your child and your ears pierced! The whole staff here is amazing! Courtney, Kate, Lindsey, and Sydney are exceptional! The store is sooo cute! So clean and full of cute displays! The earrings here are so cute and amazing quality! It's hard not to buy one of everything. All of the employees are licensed nurses who took their time to make sure my little five year old was comfortable. They did it quick and easy and my little girl didn't shed a tear. We thought we made a smart decision by getting my daughter's first piercing here. Turned out to be such a terrible decision. The initial piercing went great. The nurse was friendly and it seemed to go smoothly. I was not happy with the price point of the piercing and the cost of the 14k earrings but her grandma was treating her and made the purchase. While the earrings are 14k gold the posts are not. They use titanium and they explain that it's medical grade and hypoallergenic and it should be wonderful. Well it's been almost a year and her piercings have not healed. I visited the store multiple times to her consultations but all they recommend is to purchase their spray aftercare which is $20+ each time and I have bought at least 3! I even purchased a pillow for her from Rowan. When I became aware from a fellow nurse friend that you can be allergic to the titanium they use I had wanted to switch them out to 14k gold posts. They told me that they did not have it in stock and it was going to be an additional $100 to switch them out. I have contacted support and they can do NOTHING for us. Simply put that this was a traumatizing experience of what was supposed to be a wonderful core memory. My poor daughter is traumatized and cried because she feels as if she has disappointed me and feels like she wasted our money. If you think about getting your or a loved one's ear's pierced here - look at these photos and think again! Update - after posting my experience on social media they have agreed to refund the piercing fee which I am grateful for, even though it wasn't what I was hoping for. I'm hoping others are still aware of the possible added costs when purchasing earrings, especially 14k gold ones. I also hope that no one else experiences the painful healing process my daughter has been through. I added an additional star because of their prompt response and regular communication. read more

I casually stumbled into this spot while walking over to the Market alley over the weekend! It looked so colorful and cute, and I was not expecting a piercing place! I realized that that have actual nurses that pierce your ear!! They take walk-ins and of course appointments are better. I looked around and they had some very cute jewelry to choose from. I came back the next day because I saw a piercing that screamed my name! Now this time it was very busy! There were 2 babies getting their ears pierced and i thought it was so cute!! The process was super simple, they had a QR code to scan your ID and fill out the form. Then they ask if you would like it pierced via needle or gun!! I loved the option. I went with needle because with experience it just heals better for me! The piercing itself only cost $35 plus the cost of the earring (that's where it gets expensive if you have expensive taste lol) they have 2 separate areas for the piercings. The piercings with the gun are done near the front area whereas the piercings done via needle are in the back area!! Both areas super cute!! I was able to take my son and he kept me company!! Super quick process, I think I was there less than 30 minutes, mind you it was a very busy day! They explained the cleaning process and if you're new to the piercing world, they have piercing pillows you can purchase to make it more comfortable while you sleep! Overall loved the experience and the people were friendly and the space was clean! read more

I had heard great reviews about this place because of how well they handle their customers and piercings. However, I did not have a pleasant experience. This was my first piercing I had ever gotten and I was quite nervous. The nurse recognized that and tried to offer some support. She did the first piercing and moved onto the second one without asking if I was ready or not. The whole process felt very rushed because three girls had come into the place during my piercing. Immediately after the piercing was done, I felt rushed out to pay and leave the store. Also I was not given an option whether I wanted to pay for the aftercare spray or not. It was just included in my total. I do not recommend this place. read more

Tarnished earrings!! I bought these cute gold earrings as a gift two months ago. I had an extensive conversation with the sales associate about the proper care of these earrings, and she said that they were perfect for all-day wear and would not tarnish. These were very quickly tarnished with no excessive use. I wore them in the shower maybe one to two times. Way too expensive for this to happen!! 10/10!! I originally took my daughter to Rowan when they had target pop ups back in 2021 when she was 6mo and it went amazing. Eventually they ended up falling out about a year ago because I tried to change the earrings. I noticed this shop when shopping a few weeks ago and I was welcomed by Lindsey and I ended up coming back and luckily we were warmly welcomed by Lindsey again who remembered us which was a plus!! I'm leaving 1 star specifically for Polly, the nurse. I took my 4-year-old daughter to get her ears pierced today. I've been here myself for a helix piercing. Courtney (retail) was super nice and funny, and she made me feel relaxed. This is why I decided to come back for my daughter's piercing. Sydney was 1 of the other nurses there, and I wanted to pierce her ears at the same time. The only issue was that my daughter was nervous. We did a lot of back and forth because she was ready but then changed her mind. Sydney was super patient and tried her best to be accommodating. It took a while, but when my daughter was finally ready, Polly decided she didn't want to help us anymore. She said, "I'm going to have to move on. I'm not going to do it." She had other customers. I get that. But I was hoping for a better bedside manner coming from a nurse. I was wrong. I should have gone to Claire's and called it a day. But I wanted a professional, which is why I was ok for the inflated prices here. Polly was a huge letdown and basically ruined the day for us. I understand kids are difficult. Sometimes, if the child is really reluctant then, yeah call it and try another time. My daughter wanted to do it. She just needed extra encouragement and patience. Thank God for Courtney and Sydney. They were super calm and professional the whole time and let us do it at my daughter's pace. Even though I loved Courtney and Sydney, I will not be coming back. I know no one cares about my review, but I'm still putting it out there in case someone else brings a child and runs into the same issue where Polly just doesn't have the time for a scared kid. read more
