Now it has taken me eight days to get a delivery of a new one and for them to get the old one out. These folks installed finger joint wood and with no insullation. the reason why I know this is I just had the doors fixed again, by a reputable carpenter and he was shocked by what was done. The good news is they will now be done right with PVC and the better news is I refused this company to finish the job as the wood they installed started cracking the next day. They did drop by with Bondo. Buyer beware. See photos. This why the doors leaked. Spray insullation as well, Nothing I asked for was what I was provided. Shabby all around.

Went in to look for exterior light fixtures, etc. to replace old. The woman, last name Jones,…read morecould not have been more disinterested in helping us... though she has her great big office she is sitting in with the catalogs on her desk. It was like pulling teeth to speak with her. She never offered one additional word to help us. In fact, I don't think she said much more than ten words during our entire time standing in front of her desk. She answered "yes", "no". We had to keep asking her the same question and when she answered we had to continue to prod her to get additional information and pricing on additional attachment pieces and bulbs, beyond the lighting fixture itself. She simply, and very wll, let us know she could have cared less. Certainly left with a bad taste in our mouths. We left without purchasing, as she continued to be expressionless as we left for the door.
