One of the bartenders asked how his drink was and he said it wasn't great but he would drink it. The middle aged blondish female bartender stepped in and said "You ordered a non alcoholic mojito, it's basically just lemon juice and seltzer water. You are a fucking child." I understand everyone has bad days but that is unacceptable and you chose to work in customer service so at least try to be decent to your customers instead of being rude with the first words that came out of your mouth. We closed our tab and walked out without even finishing our drinks. We will definitely not be going back there ever again. The young man was a very nice guy but the customer service we received from the middle aged lady was enough to leave and never come back.

There was a 3-4 man crew running sound and lighting. The lighting is the best I've seen in any club near this size. I'm the type of person that usually doesn't even notice lighting. However, it's hard to ignore here. It's so dynamic and so well done! Anchorage is much larger than tiny Sandpoint, and we don't have anything close to this! They had a small selection of beer, but they make it count: most are local. This place was also filled with beautiful people. I had no idea that Sandpoint was located on the fertile nesting grounds of the North Idaho Fox. There's an upstairs balcony, but, unfortunately, that'll set you back an additional $10.

I was greeted with a defensive, woke attitude and non-sensical excuses. Worse, they couldn't even find the order I had written. Again, I was promised a call on the following Monday, 3 days ago and again nothing. The bottom line is when you make a customer a promise you need to keep it, especially when you've broken promises in the past. A good company with good customer service would first apologize, then work hard to rectify the situation. Yet, no apology was ever provided and quite obviously, the situation was never rectified. I don't patronize businesses that possess distain and indifference to their customers and you shouldn't either.

It was an older place...but very clean and comfortable. We had dinner in their dining room which was very good. They were very busy for the holiday. We were able to park the sleds in their parking lot and ride trails from there. They are dog friendly. Just know...no TV's! Horrible internet and phone reception. They had some games at the main desk we borrowed and went "into town" for some entertainment...but pretty much everything in the area is closed during the winter months. We ordered and there had been a large group seated and they re-arranged the tables to accommodate them beside us. They were very loud, so much so that my wife and I seated beside each other couldn't hear anything. Our appetizer came and the mains were delivered ~1 minute later. We now had a choice eat the appetizer and let the mains go cold or eat the appetizer. I really wanted to just ask the waitress to box up our food so we could get the hell out of there but we shut up ate the cold food, paid the tab and on the way out found guests seated in the nice quiet main dining room. My family vacationed together at Priest from 1957 to 1968 every year without fail and we were in and around Hill's regularly over those years and ever since. Often we go over and stay a weekend or just drop in for a meal. The prices have steadily gone up and IMO the facilities, food and service have been steadily going down. But it was still so much fun and the bartender (blond with glasses) was on top of it ! She handled that crowed like a pro and her mixed cocktails are always on point and consistent. Just have to give her a shout out bc it was crazy busy last night. I want to give this bar 5 stars but I've come in other nights where there is a guy with a ponytail who works there. Havnt had the best experiences with him nor does he give the best customer service, and it doesn't seem like he really knows what he's doing. The cocktails aren't consistent and are overporn. It's gotten to the point where we will drive by to see who is working, and now we only go in if the blond hair bartender is working.
