Delicious as always! Our family got two smoothies, one smoothie bowl, and the peanut butter protein bites! Roxberry is a fan favorite and this location had a very nice staff and service was timely. We recommend this establishment over some of the other smoothie places here in Utah. Definitely will be coming back soon. My first time coming back in a while and Nick was able to help me order and discover the variety of the menu. In the end I ordered and açaí bowl and it came out delicious! Service was very fast and will be coming back to this location and may I say definitely way better than Jamba Juice. I ordered a peanut butter crunch bowl with extra granola on the side. It comes with sliced bananas and sliced strawberries on top. They slice the banana so thin and laid it on top. It was delightful. I've never seen banana slice so thin. It was nice to be able to have a piece of fruit with almost everybody. on the side of granola was awesome. I had plenty left over. We also ordered some pretzel bites and my son got a large piña colada. The pretzel white were very good. We almost didn't need that nacho cheese dip sauce. They were very hot like they were freshly made, crispy on the outside and very soft on the inside, which is the way I like it. I don't like it when they are so dense all the way through. I come here pretty regularly, and generally get really excellent service. Highly recommend. However, there is one lead/supervisor of some sort that I frequently overhear being rude and swearing at her team. I finally broke down and described her to an employee to get a name. Man, I used go to this Roxberry normally, but the service has been totally lacking lately. I typically use the mobile app and I normally press the "I'm Here" button, 5-7mins before I actually get there, so that I hopefully don't have to wait too long. Then it became an additional 10-20 mins, on top of that. I've had to actually enter this shop a couple of times, to figure out what's going on with my order and a few times and they haven't even started it. Once, when I entered the store, the 3 female employees just all turned around and just stared at me, with no "hello" or "welcome in." I had to start the greeting, even though they all very much noticed me entering the door. The gentleman customer, after me, was kindly greeted though. It couldn't have been an issue with my skin color, because one of the employees was brown too! I get it, they were super busy, but even when they're not, my mobile order still arrives at a similar pace ~ extra slow. They constantly run out of some of the vegetable juice options too! They've been making these pre-order juices. I've suggested via their app and Instagram, that they should order extra of those veggies, but nothing seems to change. I used to come here 2x a day and have gotten several if my friends and neighbors to go here too. I'm just disappointed, but their selection is still the best, in town! (Aughhh!) I've started to go to their other locations, because I at least feel more welcomed there. It's just unfortunate, that I live closest to the Jordan Landing one. read more

Left a hangry review for $7. All in all, service was slow. Wasted time spent in line (30 minutes) I got my smoothie at 40 minutes crazy. Efficiency is not their strong point. Wow... The Drinks are phenomenal they don't have much of a menu with food and thats okay. The service is great the staff are amazing they're always friendly and will to help you find the best item you want. The ambiance is lacking at the restaurant it feels like they didn't have enough money to make it feel tropical. We came here today and ordered at the drive through and we only ordered 1 dominator bowl and first they took forever to take the order, once we got to the window it was quick for them to get the card and oh boy we waited for soooo long for just one bowl and the person in the back was yelling "go people go" that made it even worst! Don't go here. Go to one of the other locations. They got my juice wrong one day and gave me the wrong size a couple days later. They don't care about you or your well being here. When I reported the wrong beet juice order the girl would only say that the beet juice does have carrots in it and that's why it's orange. The beet drink is ALWYAS purple when done correctly. A couple days later they gave me the wrong size juice and when I reported it the girl would only say, "Sorry, there's nothing I can do." If they're sloppy and cutting corners on things like the ingredients in your drink and the size of your drink what else are they messing up health wise? Are you willing to risk your health here as they sloppily disregard health issues also? They only have one job: deliver a certain type of drink in the right size following health guidelines, but consistently seem to mess up one or the other and will do nothing when you bring it to their attention. They're all sunshine and smiles til they get your money. After that you're gonna eat it and also eat any mistakes they have made. Sloppy, lazy employees at this location and management/owners who do not care about you or your well being. Ultimately poor management. Fail. Their mission statement doesn't really say anything about getting your order right or in the right size, so I guess it's all good to them. No feedback mechanism on their website either which says a lot about what they don't care about. I was coming here one to two times a day every one to two days the past couple of weeks, but I won't be coming here ever again and recommend everyone avoid this location. worst drive through wait time ibe ever experienced in my lifetime! Half hour wait minimum

I'm usually a Jamba Juice type of girl, but I also really like Roxberry too. This Roxberry has a great staff and clean location. It's also prime location in the heart of Jordan Landing. They have indoor and outdoor seating, which is nice to enjoy your cold smoothie during the hot summer Utah months. My go-to order is usually the Mango Mango smoothie or the Peach Mango Crush bowl without the coconut shavings. Depends on if I'm craving a smoothie or something to much on! TIP: You don't wanna go inside to order? They got a drive-thru too. I like places with drive-thrus for the convenience. read more

The place is clean and there's a virtual drive thru option through their app. Bathrooms are clean. Wouldn't say that Roxberry is better than Jamba though. Disgusting smoothies! Ordered 1 16oz peanut butter blast and two 24 oz rootbeer freezes Friday amounting too over $20.00 + a tip thru the drive thru they were not cold and they tasted like flavored water. We were worried when we were in line for sometime and there was only 2 cars ahead of us. the cup was wet and sticky. We parked and took the drinks in to return and they said that they would remake them but when we seen the condition of the store we said no way just give us our money back. The store was filthy, dirty blenders dirty pitchers stacked all over and the employee was filling another cup using a dirty blender pitcher. They did give us our money back but kept our tup. Smoothies are all very good, but If the business hours are 8:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. you shouldn't be closed at 8:45. And when customer calls and asks about why you aren't open you blatantly lie and say you close at 8:50 is stupid. I get times are tough and good help is hard to find. Horrible experience at this location. This was a curb pick up through DoorDash app. The order entirely was wrong (the employees did not read the allergens portion on the order) I'm gluten intolerant and there was granola on the açai. I was genuinely polite when letting the employee know due to the fact she was very young, the employee was not phased about it and said: we're stressed and behind orders and was awkward quiet on the phone. So I asked her what could we do? She responded with no apologies no nothing, asked us to get back in line after being in line for 30 min. After being in line again the employee greeted us with: the order did not specify anything therefore it wasn't wrong, so once again we went over the order the fact that I cannot have gluten. If one thing I need to make a fact when I order is the gluten portion, therefore I know it was requested but didn't want to argue with a child again. Mind you, she did not make a new one; she just tried to pick the granolas with a spoon, and this is serious for people with allergies like me; I learned that when I got home and I took a bite and there was a few granolas lost in there. This could have ended in a lawsuit if I ended up going to the hospital because once again I CANNOT have gluten. Had to throw away and was a waste of time and money. Update: had a horrible night of stomach pain and my skin is now breaking into rashes because of the gluten! read more
