Priceless isn't providing a written rental contract when renting and driving off with the vehicle…read morefrom their office. The company only provides the rental agreement in your email on the same day. Also, you must use your cell phone to search your email, to sign-off on 5 documents, while in the office. Note, if you are stopped by a police without a copy of the written rental contract, you could be arrested immediately by an officer. Management mentioned this new policy is acceptable.
