I have called more than six times requesting a refund and have spoken with Corrine as well as Toni T., the Escalation Manager, multiple times. Despite the fact that no services were provided, they have refused to issue a refund. Instead, I have been repeatedly given the runaround and told there are "no refunds," a policy that was never clearly communicated to me at any point. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this tutoring service to anyone.

One of the reasons we decided on this school was because of the close proximity to our address. Secondly, the graduation rate was decent and it "offered" tutorial support. My only issue with the school is the lack of consistency in providing tutorial support to the student body. I am a person who is big on words. For example, if you say that you are going to do something, then DO IT. I feel that we were lured into a school that misleadingly deceived us into believing that additional academic support would be provided for the students all year round. I personally was drawn to it because I know what my son needed. The principal and the staff are exceptional people who I have genuine love for. They always show my son and I much love and respect.
