A trim, by definition, should preserve the style while making it slightly shorter and persevering the preferred style!! The overall service was also poor. My face and clothes were left covered in hair, I was repeatedly brushed with scissors, and there was a general lack of attention to detail or professionalism in understanding what I would like done with my hair throughout the appointment. To be clear: Megan is outstanding hairstylist and the only stylist I would personally recommend here.
