Unprofessional. Never called back and never responded back to my texts. For what reason I have no…read moreidea. Called this company and spoke with Berti. I had water damage to one of my room upstairs due to a radiator leak. I wasn't sure if we needed to do just the 1 room or the whole upstairs since the wood is all connected. When I had spoken to him on the phone he said there may be a slightly different color if we do just the one room. So before he came out, I asked if he can get us both quotes. He came out when I wasn't home but my wife was. He didn't measure anything. Look at the room where the damage was and left. He didn't look at the rest of the upstairs. I didn't get a message for him so I texted him. He gave me a quote for the one room. I asked, do you have a quote for how much it would be for the whole upstairs. He said he didn't look at the other room upstairs. I described the size of the other room upstairs and he texted back with a quote. I asked if you can send me in writing the 2 quotes. He said he has to charge me $150 for the quotes. Then I said, "What? Why?" He never responded. Just in case he didn't see it, I text him again the next day. He didn't respond again. Extremely disappointed with him and his lack of response.

Went into the store to purchase a fan. They had one that looks like it might be OK, but I have a…read morevery specific space in mind and there was no measurement for the width of the actual fan or its height. The box was closed with two strips of tape and they refused to open it up for me because they said it was their policy that if the box was open, I would have to buy it and could not return it. Neither of them could find the measurements on the box or anywhere else. I asked whether since they worked in a hardware store, they might be able to figure out how to put two more strips of tape back on the box if I ended up not purchasing the item. They clearly did not care at all. Terrible customer service completely unhelpful will never shop here again.
