This place is the most dishonest place to buy a car. I know that help people with bettering their…read morecredit , but they still have ways to f*** you! When you buy a car they you this "wonderful" warranty so you don't have big repair bill and wouldn't be able to make your bill. !!!! First hand experience, motor went out. Okay gave the name of a place to fix it. Less than a week later the cam sensor went out, they didn't pay for that, even the mechanic said that it probably got broken when the new motor went in. Took it home and less than a week later the A/C went out and the flywheel was all bent up, that too probably happened when the motor was put back in. You must call the loan people to get your free oil change cards. All maintenance and mechanical were to be done right out at their shop. But less than a month after buying my car they closed up the business and then not long after that the mechanic service. After all was said and done I was out about $1000.00, nice warranty. !!! DON'T EVER BUY FROM THEM !!!

Unfortunately, due to a recent turn of events, I have to change my review to an honest one rather…read morethan the positive review that they asked me to write before I could leave with the vehicle they sold me. The vehicle that I thought was amazing caught fire due to an electrical defect. After the vehicle sustained extensive fire and water damage, I was told one day that it was totaled and the next day that it was repairable... So they decided to slap a new door on it and said the resolution for the water damage is that they'd detail it for free. To top it all off, I was told that the repairs would cost exactly $500 which seemed a bit low balled. Especially considering they told me that on a prior claim I had for hail damage, the total amount was about $4500 according to their insurance guy. I asked for the estimate from their shop that itemized the parts, repairs, and prices and they told me that they were unable to produce that. I was also told that the manager that I worked with when the fire happened was, all of a sudden, no longer with the company. I did research and found all kinds of recalls on my vehicle that weren't on the Carfax report that they gave me when I bought the car... An electrical defect involving an improperly routed and attached wire harness is one of them, which if left unresolved is an electrical fire risk. When I bought this to CNAC'S attention, they said they don't know anything about that. However, when I called Chrysler directly about it... They told me different. I also did further research and found that J.D. Byrider in Massachusetts recently had a lawsuit filed against them by the attorney general for misrepresenting the condition of the vehicles that they sell, marking up vehicles way more than they're worth, selling flooded vehicles and vehicles that have been in car accidents, along with predatory loan practices... Signing those with favorable credit on contacts with high interest rates as much as 20%. Unfortunately, I had to surrender my vehicle for safety concerns considering it caught fire while my children were in it and JD Byrider being very shady about how they came up with their conclusions that a burned vehicle is "repairable" at the low cost of $500. I still have yet to receive my belongings from my vehicle though I gave them everything back. They keep giving me the run-around. And stopped calling me all together when I gave them their van back. Not to mention, with the exception of a change in my pay cycles from changing jobs, I NEVER missed a payment!!! They will make you THINK that you have a nice vehicle with a decent warranty, but will not tell you that the things that are wrong with it, that they patched up just enough for it to sell and lock you on a contract, are NOT COVERED! So on top or your car payment... You will pay out of pocket for major repairs that the car needed in the first place. They don't tell you that if you carry their insurance and actually need to file a claim and you go through THEIR SHOP, they will perform patchwork and low-ball the repair price that it a leaving you with issues that will arise in the future. I don't care what kind of transportation bind you are in or how desperate your situation is. Call In, catch the bus, shop around a bit before you do business with JD Byrider. _-------------------------------------------_ I love this place! They helped me out with an amazing vehicle when I needed it most. My payment is affordable, the warranty is great, and I appreciate the good service I get from them. I highly recommend this dealership.

The unique color and model of my wife's new dream car is what motivated me to travel that kind of distance for her. My exceptional salesman, Jayson Neeley, offered to pick me up at Eppley Airfield, in Omaha, Nebraska so that I could purchase and drive my wife's new car back to northern Illinois, 461 miles away. Unfortunately, my first jet at Chicago O'hare International Airport at 6AM was unable to take off. After 3.5 hours everyone was told to get off the aircraft and try to find another flight. My new ticket had me flying to Denver, Colorado with a 5 hour layover and then to Eppley Airfield in Omaha, NE. Even though my flight time was delayed four different times because of the snow storm in Denver. Jayson Neeley showed up at 9:22 p.m. at Eppley Airfield, Omaha, NE and picked me up and dropped me off at my hotel on his own time (on a Friday Night). He was fantastic and helpful from the very first conversation we had over the phone to teaching me what all of the high tech functions of our new vehicle are! There isn't enough words to express my gratitude for Jayson Neeley and Edwards Chevrolet General Manager that made my new car buying experience incredibly memorable! Thank you to Jayson Neeley and Edwards Chevrolet we absolutely love our new family dream car and we got it at a great price!

We walked in, told them who we were and that we had booked time to look at a specific car. The old woman asked my daughter to fill out a credit application. I asked if it would be okay to look at the car first. We took it for a test drive, and before exiting the lot, my daughter said, "Oh gosh, this is a hard no!" We asked to take a look at a 2013 Chevrolet Malibu LT Sedan 4dr 137,344 miles VIN: 1G11C5SA5DF239702. We took it for a test drive and my daughter liked how it drove. Both cars were extremely filthy, I'm talking on the inside. The drivers side seat controls were hanging off the seat by the wires. One huge rock indent, and two, huge cracks across the windshield. When I brought this up, to the old woman, she said it's sold as is. Not to mention the driver side front tire only had 8 pounds of pressure in it. It was basically flat. Kelly blue book said the car is worth $4k. When I asked the lady if she would take $12k for it, listed for $13,995, she said they have a no negotiation policy. We thanked her and walked out. Because these dusty car saleswoman has a specific demographic, they think they don't even have to take a rag to the dashboard to make it look clean, or clean the one, big room office. Don't have to put air in the tire. They think some people have no choice but to go to that kind of car lot. People have a choice where they spend their money! Car has been on the lot for 39 days. They only have 13 cars for sell. I tried to teach my daughter a lesson, and we walked out. If someone doesn't respect you, talks to you like you need them, more than they need your business, walk away. Not willing to put air in the tire for a test drive! Come on! Since this would be a first car, we didn't want something too fancy. For those of you that need to rely on these types of places, please know you deserve respect! Deserve not to be talked down to. Deserve to test drive a car with the manufacturer recommended tire pressure. I bet tomorrow the tire will be flat and sit another month and a half. People, car hop doesn't decide the value of a car, the market does. Every day the value of that car goes down, the longer it sits on the lot. Not much demand for that car. Find a place that respects their potential customers, makes them feel welcome, wants them to be safe on a test drive. We came here because where we live, my daughter can't sign a contact until she's 19. She wants to do this all herself and I'm proud of her. Shame on car hop. Oh by the way, I'm trying to figure out why the online pictures do not show all the cracks on the windshield. https://www.carhop.com/inventory/used-2013-chevrolet-malibu-lt-sedan-4-front-wheel-drive-4d-sedan-1g11c5sa5df239702/

Something rattles in the engine, still can't find that problem. Brake lights/ tail lights wouldn't shut off. Husband lost his new full time job because he couldn't get there (25 miles) away. Still waiting for Equinox to be fixed right. From January 5,2023-April 7, 2023 it was either at a Mechanic's or waiting for us to afford the tow(our expense), we don't live in CB either, not offered a loaner car, 7 payments made, it have decided I've had enough. Credit be damned. Stopped automatic payments today. After getting it back from 2nd place, have bill of sale stating over $1000 was charged, invoice stated heater fixed. Not only was the heater not fixed but now we have no turn signals!! WTF?? I'm done. My husband got to actually drive this car a grand total of 20 days in 3 months. ....
