Customer service was great from the sales person to the general manager, and I cannot leave out the gentleman with the three German shepherds. The owner and another man came running (literally) with a battery charger and confessed that they had to jump it that morning! It would not start even after a charge. They had this lot 6 months and never checked the battery (it was the original 2019 battery that came in the car new. They didn't fix the running board or tell me prior it did not work. The salesman said he himself drove it 1000 miles last summer. This car would have left me stranded on the 100 mile drive back home!

When they looked up my information, the service advisor initially told me my tire warranty had expired in April. I had to correct him because I remembered getting a flat tire around the Fourth of July last year, so I knew the timeline didn't add up. Thankfully, they double-checked and found that the tire was still under warranty. The biggest downside was the wait. I had already arranged for someone to pick me up, but I was told my car was already on the rack and that I'd be out of there soon. Because of that, I decided to stay instead of leaving. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting about an hour and a half in the lounge when I could have been home or getting work done. To their credit, the staff apologized for the delay, and the repair was completely covered under warranty, so I didn't have to pay anything. While the communication about timing could have been better, I appreciated that they honored the warranty and made things right in the end.

He told me if there is any issue to come see him so he can have his mechanic check it out. Went to have it checked what do you know "oh I didn't say today". He clearly said today. Then, the issue with the windshield he said he would replace asap, or having somewhere he could have my stereo swapped the next day. I get it is a buy here pay here. Don't say what you don't mean. They always say you will only find bad reviews no one will take the time to do a good review. In this case, that's correct. If I can help someone else in their decision if they are debating I have paid it forward. If you have met him he is very vocal of being religious, to get on his level I will describe him as a wolf in sheep's clothing.

At 690 miles check engine lights up and three engine codes suddenly show up and tge chevy front end "death wobble" Truck had s reported 139,000 miles. Contacted dealer and said "sorry this happened to you but my hands are tied." Showed dealer $4500 est for transmission repairs and have not even had chance to find out why cat code is also showing up suddenly on ecm. Stay away!
