I highly recommend Edwards Chevrolet! I flew 1,400 miles this past Friday to pick up my wife's exceptional 1st new dream car in her entire life. The unique color and model of my wife's new dream car is what motivated me to travel that kind of distance for her. My exceptional salesman, Jayson Neeley, offered to pick me up at Eppley Airfield, in Omaha, Nebraska so that I could purchase and drive my wife's new car back to northern Illinois, 461 miles away. Unfortunately, my first jet at Chicago O'hare International Airport at 6AM was unable to take off. After 3.5 hours everyone was told to get off the aircraft and try to find another flight. My new ticket had me flying to Denver, Colorado with a 5 hour layover and then to Eppley Airfield in Omaha, NE. Even though my flight time was delayed four different times because of the snow storm in Denver. Jayson Neeley showed up at 9:22 p.m. at Eppley Airfield, Omaha, NE and picked me up and dropped me off at my hotel on his own time (on a Friday Night). He was fantastic and helpful from the very first conversation we had over the phone to teaching me what all of the high tech functions of our new vehicle are! Worst unprofessional service. Zero communication from the salesman when we said we needed to talk to the bank on Monday about a deposit. (We stopped on Saturday) We went to the bank on Monday and the salesman called while we were there and said we were working on the loan. Again, NO communication from the salesman about a deposit to hold the truck. We talked to the bank today and got the okay to go ahead with the truck. So, we called down there to let them know, but they sold the truck!!! Then when the "sales manager" called me blamed us. Would absolutely not recommend purchasing a car through Edwards Chevrolet. Was an awful experience of them not following through on promises/plans on their end from the beginning. We called to make an appointment and upon showing up the next day, waited an hour to see the car that we were scheduled to see, and then they couldn't not locate the car. Extremely unprofessional and a waste of our time. We purchased a car that required body shop work for dents. We were told we would be called within the week after purchasing to have this repaired. We were never called and it took over 2 weeks to receive a callback. Upon receiving a callback, the auto body shop had no details of our car and we're unaware of the repairs that needed to be done. Overall, the whole ordeal was sketchy to say the least. Would highly recommend NOT working with Mike, the manager in sales, as he is unprofessional and magically unable to be reached with questions after the fact. read more

I want to first start off by saying the young lady who started helping me was absolutely wonderful. She was as nice as could be with no pressure. Then someone else came and took over and never once took his sunglasses off to look me in the eyes, pressured me to the point of tears and made me feel like I was the dumbest person on the planet. I never have felt more uncomfortable making a purchase of anything in my life! I have reached out to the managers and left messages and have received no response back. Bought a Tacoma from them within the first week I had to take it into service for an alignment . Ended up taking it home and shampooing the seats and nothing but dirt and grime came out of the machine. High pressure sales tactics met with subpar customer service. If you give them your number they will spam you with messages. The salesman Taz was very unprofessional; im not one for politics but he was adamant on that subject, he said he had somewhere to be at 6pm but stayed until 8pm when the deal was done, just bold face lying. I attempted to purchase a truck from them using the GMC military discount program. The truck was advertised at 73k. The dealership chose not to honor the military pricing due to the high demand of the vehicle. It really felt like a bait and switch. One positive was that everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. This review is based on all disappointing facts with no opinion as of yet. Last august I placed an order for an 2022 Escalade esv with edwards Cadillac, three times. After 2 weeks with no response, I went personally into edwards cadillac to basically say, take my money. An order was placed and the Escalade was delivered 5 months later. I loved the truck but after 2 months and 5k miles, there was a defect in the engine resulting it blowing and the dealership needing to replaced the entire engine. They gave me a 4 year old used car as a replacement while they took the Escalade. It's been three weeks and I Have yet to know if or when I'll be getting the Escalade back. Mind you that I'm still paying about 1500.00 a month to drive an Escalade but I have a 2018 car instead. I have reached out to the sales manager, the service manager, emailed the general manager Roger Moore twice, and called him once. They have yet to respond to me after 2 weeks of trying to find out what my options are. I don't even think I want the car back because it's damaged goods and may have future problems as a result of the engine swap. But even more importantly is the resale value is drastically affected because it's on record that there was an engine swap w new vin numbers. I don't understand why after spending 110k for a new car that the entire dealership and its high up employees ghosted me, refuse to acknowledge me and my concerns or giving me the courtesy of calling me back or responding to my emails. I went there with a decent credit score , I have a vehicle that is being payed on ( never late , and always on time )and will be payed off by the end of this year , I got approved with some weird loan service that says the payment has been accepted and is being taken out of my account that day . I purchased the car in April July I finally got a call from the finance place and asked why I have made a payment , I told them I have proof that I have from emails and a screen shot of prompt they post when the payment is made . I come to find out I have to replace all four rotors and front struts, and catalytic converter. The thing was a death trap. May 6 2022 dropped off my pick up here to get some service I broke a few which I told them needed to be looked at which wast sway bar, ac pump and two exhaust manifolds bolt. They told me that they could fix everything and have it ready in a couple days, sounds reasonable fats forward two weeks and I still don't have my truck and I've call numerous times. I travel for work out of state so I wasn't able to stop by until I got back. Came in the evening I got back to ask about it and to find out the they haven't touched my truck since I dropped it off but they got me a quote for how much I was going to cost. this place told me the two most expensive parts weren't cover by my extended warranty. didn't think anything of it cause I thought they were trust worthy. Their not. Took it to shop in my home town that got it fixed to two days and told me everything is covered by my warranty. They quoted me 4800 for two bolts and a new sway bar connection. Ended up only paying 237 for a new ac pump sway bar and exhaust manifold. Moral of the story is don't go here they will try to scam you specially if you have extended warranty they won't turn it into the company they will just tell you no because they get more money from you the your warranty company Your are what you hire a criminal don't know how many employees my dad has arrested for scamming but it seems to be a new one each week thank you for listening to my Ted talk read more

My experience with the salesman Dave Eckley was great. Very knowledgeable in his role. The problem that I had was with the finance guy John and the deal maker. Please beware of the tactics. First of all, they will go back and forth with the payment ranges. I came to an agreement of what was propose to me. Went to finance guy telling me about the gap insurance which was good for only $7 more a month plus giving me a extended warranty. What they did was added 2500.00 and 850. to my sales price. I agreed to 850.00 but tacted 2500.00. So remember when you agree with car payment. Tell them to lower your payments by 75.00 a month. Because they add the extended coverage in that payment. Sinky yes. My fault for not reading everything the sales agreement closely. Anyway the next day I cancelled the extended packages of $3350.00 from the invoice. I bought a used truck a little over a month ago. It was a 2012 the purchase experience was fine and had expectations of buying future vehicles from them. However the trucks radio didn't work. They told me they would replace it. Three days later I called left messages for a week finally did get ahold of them and they said it would be taken care of. Still no radio. Please do not believe a word they say. This is not only the sales person this was the sales manager lying to me. I spoke with a Manager named Mike over the phone following an internet appraisal that I did not agree with. During our call Mike agreed that the value of my vehicle per the details I specifically gave him sounded like we could make a deal, but I needed to come in I repeated that it was an hour drive for me to get there, and repeated what I was asking and he confirmed that it sounded great and so I made the appointment for the meeting. Upon arrival they completed their appraisal and offered me $10k less than we discussed on the phone. He refused to meet with me personally and had another staff help me. I missed work and had to have someone drive an hour in another vehicle, so I would have a ride home following the transaction. What a joke! I would not recommend them to ANYONE! They also hassled my ride that day for their lender on their vehicle, very unprofessional. I asked to speak with Mike 3 times and he never surfaced, what a gentleman. If I could get this place -1902830918239 stars I would. So my Partner and I go into this place today, just browsing for a car. We get a sales guy, who actually seems pretty nice. We tell him our price range, and that we did not want to fiance. So the guy starts to show a few cars, but was unsure of the price. So we go inside and talk to the manager. They both leave to get a list of cars in our price range. At this point, we made it obvious that we had a set price range, and absolutely did NOT want to fiance. While that is happening, the manager told the sales guy to get a credit app started. We told him no, and he said "Don't worry, I won't run your credit check without you consenting first" uhh...... what? That was such an awkward remark and made me believe that he wanted to do it before we signed anything. And like I have pointed out several times, we told them that we DID NOT WANT TO FUCKING FINANCE!!!! So we told him we wanted to see cars first. So the manager and the sales guy come back and says "Do you like Toyota's?" We hesitantly say yes and then he says "we have a 2009..." at this point I start shaking my head. Then he looks at me and says "what do you want your payments to be?" I told him again, that we did not want to finance and that we could not afford that car and he literally screams "WHY!?!?!" at us. Like he had total frustration in his voice. It was such a comical over-reaction to the whole situation. It's not like we had been trolling around for hours and changing our minds or not made our intentions obvious. We told them upfront we wanted a car under 7,000 or preferably under 5,000 and NO FUCKING FINANCE!!!! Plus we had only been there for all of 10 minutes!! Anyway, they show us another car that they could "get us a deal on" at exactly 7,000. We didn't want that car. I should also note that the sales manager made the sales guy go get the car that he wanted us to look at, despite we were building a pretty neat relationship with the sales guy. Kind of rude. The manager just sat at the sales guy cubical and violently typed on the computer, completely ignoring us. Anyway, so we leave after quickly looking at the car. My Partner tells the sales guy that we liked him but thought that the sales manager was a douche, which he totally was. So we get in our car and head back to Omaha, when my husband phone rings... guess what... is the car dealership. We aren't interested in going back so we ignore it. Then they proceed to call... and I am NOT exaggerating 11 times in a 10 minute time frame. I had to have several repairs on my 2004 Saturn Ion after GM did major recalls. The process has been slow, but I was finally able to get the 3-4 recalls that needed to be done with my car. I contacted GM and they opened a case and set me up with Edwards Classic Chevrolet and Cadillac. I will say straight off the bat, I've had terrible experience and don't care for Edwards at all. We bought a car from Edwards Nissan last May, and the employees were a little less than professional. When I was 19, I bought my first car from Chevy, had it for a week, LOVED IT, and they called a week later telling me that I couldn't keep it unless I wanted to pay $100 more a month to lease it. I was pretty devastated and shame on them for letting a naive girl take home a car when they knew that they couldn't give it to me for that price. They give me the car, I fall in love with it, and they take it away unless I pay more money. Skip ahead 7 years later and I started the process with GM through Classic Chevy in order to get the recalls done. I was set up with Fred who would keep in touch with me as the parts came in. He kept telling me they'd be in by Wednesday. Then when I never heard from him, I had to call. This happened several times over the course of two weeks. The last time i called, he told me he'd call me the next morning. At 4 the next day, i ended up calling him. I didn't care that the parts were coming in, because that's not his fault. But when you tell me your going to call me, call me. Even it's to say "hey, just touching base with you, your parts aren't in yet." i think it's just crappy customer service. i told him several times to contact me regardless and he didn't. The parts took a while to come in per the massive recall. The last conversation I had, I just ended up setting up an appointment in the next two weeks. But I told him to call me if all the parts weren't in, as I didn't want to come back several times and wanted to get it done in one shot. He told me to come in 15 minutes before they closed for paperwork. Skip ahead two weeks, my husband and I went to drop off the car 30 minutes before they closed. We met with Huston who went over the paperwork and then he sent us over to Fred. Huston was very nice and personable. When we were sent over to Fred, Fred was very short with us. At one point he asked us for the insurance card but it was still in the glove box, we told him it was still in the vehicle and we could go it. He disappeared only to come back with the cards. That means he rifled through my glove box in order to get it out. I think this was completely unprofessional. It'd be a different story if he would have asked first. They brought around the vehicle into the large garage where we were being handled and shut the garage door with the car still being on. it wasn't too bad at first because it was a large space, but after 15 minutes of it running, the fumes got terrible. I felt like I could hardly breathe, and being almost 8 months pregnant, I was NOT pleased. My husband ended up having to shut off the car because it got so bad. We were there for 45 minutes, which was kind of ridiculous. At the end i had remembered that I left my water bottle in the car and asked if they could unlock it so I could get it out. He said he'd meet us out back to unlock. We waited and finally my husband went up to the car. Sure enough it was unlocked and the person who drove it to that spot didn't turn the car off all the way.... really? They took out the key have way, even leaving the dashboard lights still on. We had to go find Fred to let him know that they didn't turn the car off..... It's safe to say that I am terrified to pick up my car this afternoon. read more

So thrilled I came here for service. Long story short I'm newer to the area from Colorado and needed a short notice oil change. Took my car here because they weren't too far from where I live now and open early, and they worked me in. Turns out the real problem with my car was an oil leak. They made sure I had transportation for the day and took care of my car. Floyd in service was great in communicating with me on updates with my car and making sure I was well taken care of and answered all of my questions. The price wasn't bad in my opinion as most car repairs can be pricey. I felt it was fair. I'm so happy with the service I received and will definitely be back if I need further work on my car. Lauren Olberding in titling was the rudest person I have ever spoken to. I bought a bmw M5 used as is online at Edward's Chevrolet Cadillac. Transmission went out a few weeks later before I could register the car. Repair estimate was close to $10k so I couldn't get it fix right away. It sat in a shop for 2 months before work was started because very few mechanics would work on these car. During that time I couldn't drive my car to get kansas hwy inspection to title it. When the car was back on the road I headed straight to the inspection then proceeded to the dmv. They needed additional information from the dealership so I called and spoke to Lauren Olberding. I tried explaining the situation to her but instead of understanding, she lectured me about not registering the car on time and how it's not her problem. Is this how they do business? There are five reasons why I decided to go to another dealer. 1. Professional Service. When I arrived on Tuesday May 22 to meet with Ashley Bigelow, no one knew I was going to show up even though I made the appointment 10 days in advance. When I finally was helped, I provided my printed pricing requirement including a list of my required options and asked that the final amount be provided to me with their best price before my business had completed for the day. It was that simple. I expected an associate to sit with me and explain the options and whether it was even possible to order that vehicle with a timetable like at the other Cadillac dealerships. 2. Uncomfortable feeling - I had no plans to purchase a new vehicle that day. That was stated up-front. I was only there to gather pricing information and get a feeling of their business operation. When I was asked to put down $2,500 on a new vehicle near the end of the conversation with the assumption I was going to purchase the vehicle at this dealership, I was immediately put-off. 3. Trying to change my mind to buy another model - I immediately said I wanted to purchase a Platinum XT5 model when I started to discuss the purchase. They showed me other lesser models at the dealership that were in stock which was a waste of time. If they had new information to share regarding one option on my list of required option of a lesser model, that would have been appropriate but that was not the case. 4. Badmouthing another dealer to make a sale - I remember another associates or possibly the sales manger mentioning that Huber Cadillac "doesn't do dealer trades" when I mentioned I was going there on Wednesday. As it turns out, that was not true. Huber Cadillac does do dealer trades. That statement sounded very petty no matter who it was said about. 5. Wasting my time - If they were going to offer a new 2018 Platinum edition XT5 with the list of options I required for $500 less than another Cadillac dealership, they could have done that within 15 minutes after I handed them the list of my required options. It should not have taken 60 minutes to give me no more information than when I arrived. read more

Soo here we go.... let me start off by saying I did not want to do this.... but here we go.. this all stated January 20th, 2015... (year YEARS ago like I said I did not want to do this). I saw that they had a yellow 14 Camaro for sale. I called to get info on the car. Since I lived in NY at the time I called at 9:30 Est, 8:30 there time.. (time they opened) I was told that they do a meeting for 30 mins before work.. so at 10 I got a call from a salesman... wow is all I will say... the Camaro has the yellow interior option, so it "should" come with the yellow seats.. when asked why it did not have it on the pictures that I saw online I got "I don't fuxxing know". Ya!!!! I asked if it had the yellow engine cover option.. again "I don't know".. when asked if he could check for me he said "why".. at this point I got mad and asked him what his problem way.. he said "I have less then a 3% chance of selling me the car and he had better things to do with his time" and hung up!!!! The GM called me 10 mins later where I told him what a SHxxy experience I just had and he said he would fix the problem... we worked out a deal and I bought the car.... WRONG on me to do so... so a few days later I drove all the way to Iowa from upstate NY in one day to get the car.. as we where doing the paper work I asked about the $499.99 navigation option.. I was told that it's $500 because you get free unlimited map updates... If you get the regular radio it would be $X every year I wanted to GPS... this is 2015 keep this in mind!!! EVERYONE has cell phones... so I had no use for GPS in my car.. 2 years later, I get a letter in the mail saying it would be $160 EVERY YEAR UPDATE CHARGE... when I called my local deal they said that was a lie.. you have to pay for the updates... This is not about the Map update. It's about the calling them for Answers on a vehicle that I purchased from them and then being extremely rude and disrespectful. It's like they get their money and they completely forget who you are or care who you are. For me When you buy a vehicle from a dealership you were buying their customer service, their service. So I extremely highly recommend not to ever do business with these people, in the almost 6 years I have owned my vehicle it has been nothing but a crap show and disrespect. read more

Was on a road trip from San Diego and schedule an online appointment for a 15000 mile service. As soon as I arrived they went straight into action. My services advisor Omar Cardenas was very knowledgeable and professional, and took good care of me on my time schedule. If ever in the area again, I'll be going there. read more

Scheduled a test drive for Thursday. Arrived on time. Agreed to price online prior. They didn't have the vehicle on the lot and instead loaned it out even though I scheduled a test drive. Offered to write a check for the agreed price since it's brand new & I already knew I wanted this make/model. Scheduled a purchase Saturday noon and test drive. Arrived on time and they said I didn't put a deposit down and it was sold. I offered to write them a check already two days ago and that it was my fault, yet they said they couldn't accept any money since they didn't know the mileage for the title. The online sales guy called as I drove home Thursday stating he didn't know I was on the lot for 2 hours waiting in another person's office! Then we spoke Friday and again agreed on noon Saturday and the price and he'd have it vacuumed and washed for noon Saturday. They sold it and never called me while I was on my way. Waste of gas and two trips there back & forth. read more
