I had the pleasure of working with Dave on 5/29/24. I'm from CA and who would have thought that requesting quotes from several websites would generate all these random text and phone calls. I couldn't differentiate from what could be a real company to what could also be a possible scam. I was overwhelmed. But what stood out from the rest of the text was the one from Dave. He provided transparency something the others didn't do because they were trying to only get my business. I've received some high quotes to some low ball quotes! Dave explained to me why I should only work with one broker versus several at one time and to be cautious of potential scams. He let me know that all transport brokers uses the same platform to find carriers for their customers. Dave didn't have to tell me that but he did. I appreciate the great customer service that he provided. From text to having a direct phone call made my experience that much more smooth. I needed to transport a car in January, from the West to Midwest facing down the barrel of the worst weather week so far this year. Working with transportation brokers in general seemed like dealing with unregulated masses. I worked with Scott here and he communicated regularly, and kept me up to date as well and shared industry tips which were helpful in understanding the process. (I have shipped cars before too). In the end I paid more than expected by a few $100 dollars but the car also arrived safe and earlier than anticipated. I also very easily could have been charged more by others. I would hands down recommend them as so many others I spoke with said they'd help, then ghosted us. I wasn't sure at first... we communicate via text and a few contacts had already tried to scam me. Other legitimate companies instead gave me the bait n switch. When Daniel contacted me, I explained my concerns, told him about my issues, and set my boundaries with contracts, patients, etc. To my surprise, he simpatice and respected all of my requests. Very professional company straight forward. Amount quoted is what you'll pay, I've had bad experiences in the past where driver's demanded more than agreed upon on delivery.
