Driver seemed uneducated on how to load my truck on a flatbed w/o it being able to go into neutral. After watching some/a few different videos he attempted to load the truck on a flat. Got it hooked and he was able to deliver it to the shop. Once there he went to drop it and used a rocking/jerking motion w/the bed. He put a wooden chalk behind the rear wheel to brace. The plank was then lodged under the wheel once he used a back and forth rocking motion to get it down. To retrieve the plank he used cables and chain hooks and a jack, to get this plank from under my tire. In doing so he carelessly scraped the front end drivers side of my bumper just by the head light. Nothing that can't be buffed out I believe but destroyed the clear coat. Showed the driver how using the cable by shaking it like a wwe top rope caused slight damage. He became apologetic but very uncooperative with exchanging info. The damage was caused by shaking the cable/the hand jack handle brushing against by flared front end. But Driver along with owner/dispatcher very unprofessional & not willing to accept possible responsibility for damage caused by driver for a piece of wooden plank caught under my tire and methods used to retrieve it.
