I finally got a job in NYC, so I had to move to Jersey City. Being new to the area, I didn't have any idea of the movers in the Philly area. After doing some checking on yelp and google reviews, I came across Albo moving. Their reviews were really good, and they were close to my parent's house where I was living at the time. I reached out via cell and Alex responded the same day asking for more info. I texted it all to him. The next day he emailed me a quote and laid out all the info. The pricing was very fair, and based on his quick response time and great reviews, I decided to hire them. I am very glad that I did. My move went extremely well. I hired 2 movers and a 20-foot truck. Eugene and Serg were great. They clearly communicated their arrival time and kept me updated via text. There were 2 pick up locations - my storage unit and my parent's house. They had everything from storage wrapped and packed into the truck in 2 hours. Then we went to my parents for a few more things, we were out of there in under an hour. They drove to Jersey City and then had the entire truck unpacked and moved in and all the packing material cleaned up in 3 hours. It was an extremely hot day and the guys worked really hard and very quickly. I submitted to them an APPLICATION my sales person was Naomy. She called me today, stating that they had an APPROVAL for a lender, but I would NEED to either pay $3K down or have a COSIGNER. I advised her that after reviewing their inventory online, they didn't have the car I wanted. She stated she'd call/text me back which she did she then stated the bank is asking for a COSIGNER since I wanted them to order a vehicle. You know damn well, no bank is asking for a COSIGNER for the dealership to order a car. It was your Finance manager. This dealership is a rip off, I wasnt interested in doing business with them after the first person I spoke with who lied to say a manager would call me back and didn't the 1st time. This dealership uses bait-and-switch tactics. My advice is if a dealership lies to you about having a finance manager call you don't bother wasting time for an application. Naomy you need to be retrained you sent me a text first and didn't even state your name or where you were calling from. I didn't like you no way, as a sales rep.

There are multiple levels of security and the elevator is huge and fast. The owner, who is there all week, is super nice and helpful. Remember, as a general rule, storage rental facilities are largely unregulated which means they can raise your rent with 30 days notice to pretty much any amount they want and they know they have you on the hook because you won't want to relocate your stuff. If you get a quoted price online, lock it in for six month or a year by pre-paying if you can. ALSO remember - you can get your own rental unit insurance from any number of companies for half what the rental unit companies will charge you and bring in proof of insurance at the time you rent (but you MUST do it in person). ALSO ALSO remember - you can also bring your own secure lock and not pay $20 for one of their locks. Do all of the above and any smart reasonable manager or employee is going to make your rental process smooth and painless.

Matt was so kind and patient with my questions. I am disabled with chronic nerve pain and he just explained everything to me wonderfully!!! He gave me a time that he could be at my home and even said that if there was snow overnight then the time could be a little different!!! He also told me that he would call me when he was on his way and said that would be a call about 20-30 minutes from arrival at my house. He called this morning as he said and was here at 12 noon!!! He was just so wonderful to deal with. I definitely recommend Atlas Auto Recycling and ask for Matt!!!!
