I used Zack with Royal Towing and received a square receipt. It doesn't list my name or address and address to tow my vehicle. I was very pleased with his service, but now I can't reach him at 832-720-5844. Left message early this morning. Called a few minutes ago and the person who answered (very little English) said no Zack here, no towing service. I need a more detailed invoice to be reimbursed by my insurance. My car tire got completely busted on the highway today and called their store. The owner told me they were busy but informed me of the Tow and Go Houston program, which came to tow my car for free. Car was towed through my insurance on Saturday, while the shop was still open. Royal didn't want to tow it to shop, saying that normally on the weekend they just take the cars to their storage and then after they confirm payment (from Agero third party dispatch company) on Monday, they then take it rest of way. Because this then needed additional payment authorization, my car is now stuck in limbo. Car didn't make it there on Monday as promised and I missed another service appointment today. If you contract and pay Royal directly they may be alright- they seem to be conscientious about how they tow and protect the car, but if third party Agero is involved in any way in the road side assistance (on behalf of insurance for example) your car may disappear into a black hole. read more
