After the repairs I noticed the bumper was loose. I called them to tell them that they had not left a receipt and that my bumper was damaged. They became belligerent and lied about already been paid in cash. They said to sue them as I had no proof they even towed the car....It was so bizarre I was stunned. When I took the car to a body shop and found it was $1700 to fix the bumper I realized their plan.
