A brand new tire at tires plus was $110 after tax. They are predatory. She also never gives her credit Card number out so she gave the number over the phone. Then today she receives a fraudulent charge in her phone. She always taps and never gives her number out. Very unethical. Would never recommend this place. We asked for a refund for the tire and they told us we had to drive the bald tire to Cocoa. This tire was changed in Winter Garden.

It only took an hour as well! The technician who helped me, Colin, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Additionally, since I booked my appointment online, they were able to take 10 dollars off my purchase. There does appear to be a blueish tint to my phone screen after getting it replaced. After searching it up, that is most likely due to the manufacturer who made the screen. Everything is working accordingly so far and I am very satisfied! The price was reasonable for the repair. So many times they wouldn't have what you needed, or it would be quite expensive, or they'd have to order it from 'the warehouse'. Recently, in the past couple of years, I've been loyal to O'Reilly Auto Parts. Their stores are meticulously clean, well stocked and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. This morning, I had the 'Check Engine' light come on in my 2013 BMW. I was NOT happy about that, naturally. Plus, I'm in Melbourne for a reunion, I live near Tampa. So, I pulled into the closest O'Reilly to see if they'd run a diagnostic check for me. This service is FREE. I was immediately greeted by Anthony. The first thing he asked is "Did you just get gas?" Right then I knew he was in the know! I had just gotten gas the night before. Next he asked if my gas cap was on correctly. I answered "Yes". (Bad gas and a loose gas cap are the two MAIN reasons for an unexplained Check Engine Light usually). We walked out to my car, he hooked up his OBD(On Board Diagnostic) tester and quickly pulled up a trouble code and a description. Fortunately for me, it was a very minor issue that would likely resolve itself, would not damage the engine or affect driving and did not require any parts. (No good for O'Reilly!) I couldn't have been any happier all the way around! With O'Reilly, Anthony and a simple answer not requiring BMW-type expenses..... Thanks!
