Great service and quick repair time! I came here to get the screen of my iPhone 8 replaced and they did a great job. I called in the morning and they were able to do my phone right away. It only took an hour as well! The technician who helped me, Colin, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Additionally, since I booked my appointment online, they were able to take 10 dollars off my purchase. There does appear to be a blueish tint to my phone screen after getting it replaced. After searching it up, that is most likely due to the manufacturer who made the screen. Everything is working accordingly so far and I am very satisfied! The price was reasonable for the repair. Bad practice of lying, making assumptions and trying to sell what isn't going to fit .. I called up and asked if they have CR2325 batteries in stock and was assured that they do. When i arrived to the store they tried to sell me CR2330 . which is thicker and would never fit my device; which also requires two of these to stock up vertically .. Why would you lie to someone and tell you have what they looking for . It took me 25 minutes to get there for nothing. read more

I've only ever had wonderful experiences at this Batteries Plus Bulbs. I've brought in broken cell phones, flashlights, and watches, and had them immediately fixed by the *incredibly* friendly workers at the front within minutes. Additionally, I now go nowhere else for... batteries and bulbs. The salespeople can identify what battery / bulb you need within seconds, and often recommend cheaper/longer-lasting alternatives. This place is a ripoff.. iPhone repair looks like trash..I had my sons iPhone XR repaired here for $315 which was completely worthless after the repair. The new battery cannot be charged and the screen almost immediately cracked again. The problem is the frame is bent and the screen should not have been replaced with a bent frame. The employee at the store told me they would call me and let me know if the phone could be repaired but instead just repaired it without my permission and left me with the bill. I had to go buy a new iPhone and now pay $315 for the bill here which the owner refuses to refund any portion of. He says he would give a discount on a new screen. Again, ignoring the fact that the frame is bent and the screen cannot be properly replaced and he wants me to give him more money. The owner says that they can't refund anything because it was so labor intensive to replace even though I didn't give the go ahead to do the work. Simply put the employee should have let me know the glass wouldn't fit properly and I wouldn't have waisted my money on a garbage repair. read more

They have had my 4s iPhone since Tuesday morning. The job was suppose to be completed in one hour. I was told this when my husband left the phone. It is now Wednesday night and I still do not have my phone and no one will give me an answer where my phone is and why it is not fixed. I plan to take legal action on Thursday. Beware! Set up my appointment online, which supposedly entitled me to a $10 coupon and discount on my iPhone battery replacement. Carefully read the exclusions, and nowhere did the internet advertisement or coupon mention batteries were excluded from the discount. I mean, it is a BATTERY store, right? So I get there at the exact time of my appointment, and the dingleberry at the counter tells me he can't find my online appointment in his system. I hand him my printout, but he didn't want it. Then he tells me, "Sorry, that discount doesn't apply to batteries." I ask him what it applies to, and he says screen repairs. I'm sorry, is your business called Screen Repairs Plus, or Batteries Plus? I mildly present my case about the absence of the exclusion, but he ignored me. After losing all confidence in this place, I wondered what other disappointments were in store for me. I was going to leave, but I was already 20 minutes out of my way. Then he tells me "Sorry, there is no technician on the schedule tonight," although my appointment said there would be. Whatever. Decided to leave it until the next day. Luckily, this wasn't my primary phone. Took bro literally about 5 minutes to key in all my information. I was bored, so i looked around the store. There was a sloppy mess of clearance items on two tables in front of the store. Several light displays were not illuminated, and the television monitor by the front door was missing from the hanging stand. Got a call about a half hour later telling me "a technician happened to stop by, and could install the battery that night." Drove all the way back to pick it up. The installation seemed to be done neatly, and the replacement battery seems to work fine so far. But the inconsistent stories and lack of coordination in this store were a little disturbing. The ignored coupon for booking online was the worst offense. I can't really recommend a place with shady dealings like that. read more

I went into the store earlier today needing a battery for my car key chain. Also the key on my chain is broken and I have been using my valet key. Chandler offered me the key chain (with the battery) and a new key. Had I gone to the dealership, the cost would have been twice the amount. So a new key and key chain was less than $ 50.00. Chandler was quite knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful with my needs. I would recommend this place for the car key chains battery replacements or a new key chain along with the new key. read more

Meh. Took my mom's laptop for a replacement battery. Spent about a hundred bucks. Found out about a,week later the replacement battery didn't fit quite right and was falling out. Mom went back to show him, and he pretty much said it fit fine. It didn't. Wouldn't give us another battery, or allow us to return it. We won't be back. read more

I have shopped at the Wickham Rd location several times. I usually buy replacement batteries for my computers UPC surge protector. They have even tested it when I wasn't sure if it was the battery or the surge protector going bad. They have also "made" a replacement battery for my Makita cordless drill. They also recycle fluorescent tube bulbs which you're not allowed to throw out in the trash. They do charge a small fee but its a lot less than other companies charge. I noticed recently that they offer smart phone screen repair but luckily I haven't need that service. The staff have always been friendly & helpful. I will definitely be going back and would recommend this location. read more

I had a good experience with this store. I purchased a battery for my smartphone in October. Regrettably, the battery seemed defective and simply wouldn't hold the charge long. That happens sometimes. Today, I went back to the store to return the battery for a refund, wondering if I was going to encounter resistance or refusal. Nope. I had no problems whatsoever. Refund was conducted without question. Now, about the store itself: marvelous place! I could spend hours there. Batteries for everything, and a plethora of interesting flashlights of all kinds. I found the staff to be knowledgeable and friendly both times I was in the store. I will bring my business back there in the future. read more

Went in to get my iPhone 6 screen screen fixed, was in an out in less than 30 minutes. The guys there were very friendly and courteous. Also asked them about a battery for my Harley while I was there and they informed me how to maintain it and gave me a great deal on battery tender. Will gladly go back. read more
