How does this place have good ratings? Good service???…read more Aight... I came here at 1pm today... The girl told me it will be ready in 1 - 1.5 hours. I come back two hours later at 3 pm. I asked her what the status of my iPad is... she said they opened it but it wil be another 45 mins. I asked her why? I guess she didn't like my tone. She got really defensive and said she has other materials she is working on and that it will be another 45 minutes. She proceeded to say that other places wil make you wait longer. Heifer Idgaf about other places and no they don't make you wait this longer... this is literally the longest I've waited. No apologies, no accountability, give me the parts from China and I'll do it myself at a fraction of the price. I came in here out of convenience which turned out to be a total waste of time. Brief update: the owner or the manager saw my review and said that my business is no longer welcome. For future reviewers... leave a review after they complete the service.

BUYER BEWARE: Jeff laughed at my Wife and I after requesting…read morepickup and said that they would charge a 20% restocking fee to return the units that were never installed. I wish I could leave 0 stars, because that is what this place deserves. Jeff, the owner, argues and yells at his customers. Their delivery team was two guys in a U-Haul who didn't shut off our water and proceeded to over-tighten a valve until it broke. Water started pouring everywhere onto our garage floor and drywall. The delivery-men took no responsibility for the damage they caused and advised to call a plumber. We will be taking Jeff and this appliance direct facility to small claims for the damages they caused and refuse to pay for. Jeff says he is prepared for legal action and refused to speak without yelling and arguing with his customers who just spent $1,600 at his business. My Wife and I were so disgusted with his behavior that we requested the deal be cancelled and he pick up the units, as we did not want to do business with him anymore. I also reported them to the Better Business Bureau. We are stuck with the units, after their unprofessional joke of an owner, Jeff, hung up with us and refuses to do the right thing. Don't make the same mistake. Go somewhere else.
